Surveillez-les et v\u00e9rifiez-les apr\u00e8s 45 minutes, vous ne voulez pas qu'elles br\u00fblent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu'ils sont refroidis, retirez la peau et mixez jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'une pur\u00e9e lisse. Je l'ai fait avec un mixeur \u00e0 main, mais je pense qu'un mixeur plongeant fonctionnerait mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mets 1\/2 tasse de pur\u00e9e dans chaque trou d'un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone que je place ensuite au cong\u00e9lateur pour la nuit. Lorsque la pur\u00e9e est compl\u00e8tement congel\u00e9e, je la retire du moule \u00e0 muffins et je la mets dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation. En proc\u00e9dant ainsi, je dispose de portions exactes de pur\u00e9e de butternut et je ne pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve que ce dont j'ai besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tahini<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tahini est probablement l'ingr\u00e9dient le plus important du houmous, c'est lui qui lui donne sa saveur particuli\u00e8re. Par le pass\u00e9, j'ai utilis\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same compl\u00e8te, mais je la trouvais trop am\u00e8re et je n'aimais pas la texture qu'elle ajoutait au houmous. J'ai tendance \u00e0 n'utiliser qu'une petite quantit\u00e9 d'ail frais car il peut \u00eatre assez puissant, surtout lorsqu'il reste cru. Cependant, vous pouvez en mettre autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jus de citron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jus de citron apporte une touche finale \u00e0 ce houmous \u00e0 la courge butternut, en lui conf\u00e9rant juste un peu d'acidit\u00e9 qui \u00e9quilibre parfaitement l'amertume du s\u00e9same et la douceur de la courge butternut. Je vous sugg\u00e8re de commencer par le jus d'un citron et de le go\u00fbter. Ajoutez du jus de citron jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous soyez satisfait de la saveur. J'utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le jus de deux petits citrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eau froide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit d'une astuce que j'ai trouv\u00e9e sur le site <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandracooks.com\/2022\/05\/22\/smooth-creamy-homemade-hummus\/\">La cuisine d'Alexandra<\/a>. Lorsque le houmous est totalement m\u00e9lang\u00e9, ajoutez de l'eau froide en un lent filet jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez la texture souhait\u00e9e. J'enl\u00e8ve ensuite la peau et je la r\u00e9duis en pur\u00e9e dans un mixeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer le houmous, ajoutez les haricots, la pur\u00e9e de courge musqu\u00e9e, le tahini, l'ail \u00e9cras\u00e9, le cumin et le sel dans votre mixeur ou votre robot m\u00e9nager. M\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutez ensuite le jus de citron selon votre go\u00fbt. Ajoutez lentement de l'eau froide, petit \u00e0 petit, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le houmous atteigne la texture souhait\u00e9e - environ 100 ml devraient suffire. Veillez \u00e0 ajouter l'eau progressivement afin de contr\u00f4ler la consistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment servir le houmous de courge musqu\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de servir ce dip est de l'accompagner d'une s\u00e9lection de b\u00e2tonnets de l\u00e9gumes frais. Nous aimons les carottes, les concombres, les poivrons, les tomates cerises et le chou-fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement le servir tartin\u00e9 sur du pain frais ou des toasts, il est encore meilleur avec du levain ! Les haricots blancs sont tout aussi nutritifs et constituent une bonne source de fibres, de prot\u00e9ines, de cuivre, d'acide folique et de fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ce houmous \u00e0 la courge butternut est un en-cas nutritif et rassasiant, parfait pour ceux qui suivent le r\u00e9gime GAPS.
