Le levain n'aide pas vraiment les muffins \u00e0 lever, mais elle leur donne de la saveur et est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas de levain, vous pouvez augmenter la quantit\u00e9 de lait \u00e0 125 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avoine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser des flocons d'avoine pour cette recette, je trouve que la texture est meilleure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces muffins se pr\u00e9parent bien avec de la farine de bl\u00e9 entier, mais je les ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec de la farine tout usage (ordinaire). J'essaie d'\u00e9viter le sucre blanc dans la mesure du possible, car il s'agit d'un produit hautement transform\u00e9, mais vous pouvez remplacer le sucre de canne par du sucre blanc si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 encore, pour \u00e9viter les aliments hautement transform\u00e9s, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser de l'huile d'avocat. Toutefois, l'huile de tournesol ou d'autres huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales conviennent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne pouvez pas consommer de produits laitiers, n'importe quel type de lait (amande, noix de coco...) convient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas de levain, augmentez la quantit\u00e9 de lait \u00e0 125 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pommes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des pommes fermes pour cette recette, car elles conservent leur texture \u00e0 la cuisson. Les pommes Gala conviennent tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 cette recette, m\u00eame si vous pouvez opter pour une pomme au go\u00fbt plus vif, auquel cas je vous conseille la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Fuji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9pices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces muffins sont tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9s. J'ach\u00e8te des pommes biologiques, ce qui signifie que je peux laisser la peau - cela ajoute beaucoup de vitamines suppl\u00e9mentaires aux muffins, ainsi qu'un peu de texture !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, m\u00e9langez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un bol. Il est tr\u00e8s facile de le faire \u00e0 la main, car la p\u00e2te \u00e0 muffins est tr\u00e8s liquide. J'aime bien m\u00e9langer d'abord tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la p\u00e2te, puis ajouter les pommes \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez faire fermenter votre p\u00e2te pendant une nuit afin qu'elle soit plus facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, je vous sugg\u00e8re de m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble SAUF la levure chimique et les pommes. Laissez fermenter au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 6 heures. Lorsque vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 cuire vos muffins, sortez le m\u00e9lange du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et ajoutez les pommes fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9es et la levure chimique, en veillant \u00e0 bien m\u00e9langer la levure chimique pour qu'elle soit r\u00e9partie uniform\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'aide d'une grande cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 biscuits, remplir les moules \u00e0 muffins aux trois quarts environ. Faire cuire au four pendant 25 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'une brochette ressorte propre lorsque vous piquez le muffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez-les chauds ou froids au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, en dessert avec de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e ou de la glace, ou en collation au milieu de l'apr\u00e8s-midi avec une boisson chaude. Essayez une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 plus acide pour donner plus de piquant \u00e0 vos muffins. Ils se cong\u00e8lent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien.
