Sucr\u00e9 au miel, c'est le dessert parfait pour les personnes qui suivent le r\u00e9gime GAPS et c'est une merveilleuse friandise de No\u00ebl ! Cela permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts (les framboises fra\u00eeches peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8res, surtout lorsqu'elles ne sont pas de saison) et je trouve que les framboises surgel\u00e9es sont tout aussi savoureuses que les framboises fra\u00eeches. Le seul inconv\u00e9nient que j'ai trouv\u00e9 aux framboises surgel\u00e9es est qu'elles ne gardent pas leur forme lorsqu'elles sont d\u00e9congel\u00e9es, mais ce n'est pas un probl\u00e8me pour cette recette puisque les framboises sont r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser des framboises fra\u00eeches si vous le souhaitez, la m\u00e9thode reste la m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis que certains membres de ma famille ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre le r\u00e9gime GAPS, j'utilise du miel pour sucrer nos desserts. Le miel contient plus de fructose que les autres \u00e9dulcorants et est bien meilleur pour la sant\u00e9. Cette recette peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec du sucre, mais elle sera beaucoup plus sucr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orange et citron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ajout du jus d'une orange et d'un citron permet de faire ressortir la saveur des framboises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime ajouter de la cannelle lorsque je pr\u00e9pare ce dessert pour mon menu de No\u00ebl, mais c'est tout \u00e0 fait facultatif et cela fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien sans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du sorbet framboise sans sucre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai inclus quelques liens au bas de ce post si vous cherchez \u00e0 investir dans l'un des ustensiles suivants. Le reste est incroyablement simple !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez vos framboises (si vous les avez congel\u00e9es) 2 heures avant de les utiliser. J'aime les \u00e9taler sur une assiette pour qu'elles d\u00e9cong\u00e8lent plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9lange<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un mixeur et fouetter pendant 1 minute ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit compl\u00e8tement liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer un tamis \u00e0 mailles fines sur une cruche et verser une petite quantit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange de framboises dans le tamis. Pressez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 travers le tamis \u00e0 l'aide d'une spatule en silicone jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il ne reste plus que des p\u00e9pins dans le tamis. Jeter les p\u00e9pins et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l'op\u00e9ration jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout le m\u00e9lange de framboises ait \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9 au tamis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cong\u00e9lation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez maintenant verser le m\u00e9lange dans un r\u00e9cipient r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la cong\u00e9lation ou dans un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone qui vous permettra d'obtenir des portions individuelles. J'aime utiliser mes moules en forme d'\u00e9toile, pour un aspect particuli\u00e8rement festif. Selon la profondeur de vos moules, vous obtiendrez environ 16 portions individuelles. Veillez \u00e0 placer votre moule en silicone sur une plaque de cuisson avant de le remplir, afin qu'il soit plus facile \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, transf\u00e9rez votre m\u00e9lange de sorbets au cong\u00e9lateur. Si vous avez utilis\u00e9 un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone, le sorbet sera probablement pr\u00eat en 4 heures environ, mais si vous utilisez un grand r\u00e9cipient, cela prendra beaucoup plus de temps, plut\u00f4t 8 heures. Si vous utilisez la m\u00e9thode des portions individuelles, transf\u00e9rez chaque portion dans une assiette d\u00e8s que vous la sortez du cong\u00e9lateur, et laissez-la ramollir sur l'assiette pendant 10 minutes avant de la servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez utilis\u00e9 un r\u00e9cipient plus grand et que vous souhaitez faire des boules de sorbet, sortez le r\u00e9cipient du cong\u00e9lateur au moins 20 minutes avant de le servir et laissez-le ramollir avant d'essayer d'utiliser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 glace pour le servir. Il se peut \u00e9galement que vous trouviez que tremper la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 glace dans de l'eau chaude au pr\u00e9alable vous aidera \u00e0 obtenir de belles boules de sorbet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils pour servir le sorbet \u00e0 la framboise sans sucre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore servir ce sorbet seul, \u00e9ventuellement avec un brin de menthe pour une couleur festive suppl\u00e9mentaire. Si vous faites des portions individuelles, je vous conseille de les d\u00e9mouler une fois qu'elles sont bien congel\u00e9es et de les placer dans un sac \u00e0 fermeture \u00e9clair pour \u00e9viter les br\u00fblures de cong\u00e9lation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combien co\u00fbte la pr\u00e9paration d'un sorbet \u00e0 la framboise sans sucre ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici la partie la plus merveilleuse. M\u00eame avec des ingr\u00e9dients co\u00fbteux comme le miel et les framboises, la pr\u00e9paration de ce dessert n'a co\u00fbt\u00e9 que 6,79 \u20ac au total, soit 0,84 \u20ac par personne si vous servez 8 personnes ! Pressez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 travers le tamis \u00e0 l'aide d'une spatule en silicone jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il ne reste plus que des p\u00e9pins dans le tamis. Jeter les p\u00e9pins et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l'op\u00e9ration jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout le m\u00e9lange de framboises ait \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9 au tamis.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1260-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Vous pouvez maintenant verser le m\u00e9lange dans un r\u00e9cipient r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la cong\u00e9lation ou dans un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone qui vous permettra d'obtenir des portions individuelles. J'aime utiliser mes moules en forme d'\u00e9toile, pour un aspect particuli\u00e8rement festif. Selon la profondeur de vos moules, vous obtiendrez environ 16 portions individuelles. Veillez \u00e0 placer votre moule en silicone sur une plaque de cuisson avant de le remplir, afin qu'il soit plus facile \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1260-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ensuite, transf\u00e9rez votre m\u00e9lange de sorbets au cong\u00e9lateur. Si vous avez utilis\u00e9 un moule \u00e0 muffins en silicone, le sorbet sera probablement pr\u00eat en 4 heures environ, mais si vous utilisez un grand r\u00e9cipient, cela prendra beaucoup plus de temps, plut\u00f4t 8 heures. Dans tous les cas, je recommande de pr\u00e9parer le sorbet la veille du jour o\u00f9 vous avez l'intention de le servir, afin d'\u00eatre s\u00fbr qu'il sera bien congel\u00e9 \u00e0 temps pour le dessert !<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1260-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pour servir, sortez le sorbet du cong\u00e9lateur 10 minutes avant de le d\u00e9guster.
