J'essaie toujours d'acheter des \u0153ufs biologiques ou de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poudre d'amandes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La poudre d'amande, ou amandes moulues, est un ingr\u00e9dient de base pour les p\u00e2tisseries du r\u00e9gime GAPS et je l'utilise dans un grand nombre de mes recettes. J'essaie de l'acheter en vrac pour en r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt, car elle peut \u00eatre ch\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore utiliser le miel comme \u00e9dulcorant. C'est un choix beaucoup plus sain que le sucre blanc transform\u00e9 et je pense que sa saveur se marie particuli\u00e8rement bien avec cette recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ajout d'une pinc\u00e9e de sel aux recettes sucr\u00e9es permet toujours de faire ressortir les saveurs et cette recette ne fait pas exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La douce chaleur de la cannelle conf\u00e8re \u00e0 ces biscuits une dimension suppl\u00e9mentaire. Vous pouvez utiliser d'autres \u00e9pices comme la noix de muscade ou le gingembre pour obtenir une saveur de pain d'\u00e9pices plus prononc\u00e9e, mais j'aime rester simple avec la cannelle. Vous pouvez faire les boules en roulant une cuiller\u00e9e de p\u00e2te \u00e0 la main (mouillez d'abord vos mains pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle). Ou bien, et c'est la m\u00e9thode que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, vous pouvez faire des boules \u00e0 l'aide d'une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 p\u00e2te \u00e0 biscuits. Je trouve que si la p\u00e2te est comprim\u00e9e dans la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 biscuits, elle prend la forme parfaite pour le biscuit.
