Il utilise du chocolat de haute qualit\u00e9 sans poudre de cacao. Vous pouvez ajouter de la cr\u00e8me si vous le souhaitez, mais je pense qu'il est suffisamment riche avec seulement du lait. C'est vraiment la boisson la plus d\u00e9cadente qui soit. Elle est tellement luxueuse que vous pourriez m\u00eame la servir comme dessert !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du chocolat chaud fran\u00e7ais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste des ingr\u00e9dients n'est pas longue, comme vous le verrez. Le chocolat doit contenir au moins 53% de cacao, mais il doit \u00eatre sucr\u00e9, sinon votre chocolat chaud sera beaucoup trop amer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ach\u00e8te g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un chocolat dessert ici en France. Cependant, mon exp\u00e9rience du chocolat dessert au Royaume-Uni n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 bonne... Alors, assurez-vous de regarder la teneur en cacao dans la liste des ingr\u00e9dients avant d'acheter votre chocolat, sinon vous risquez d'\u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7u !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser du lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 ou entier pour cette recette. J'ai \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 du lait d'amande ou du lait d'avoine dans le pass\u00e9. Bien que le chocolat chaud obtenu ne soit pas aussi cr\u00e9meux, il reste tr\u00e8s bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vanille<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore ajouter de la vanille au chocolat chaud, cela aide vraiment \u00e0 faire ressortir la douceur et apporte une d\u00e9cadence suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e8me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e8me dans cette recette est enti\u00e8rement facultative. En fait, vous trouverez peut-\u00eatre que le chocolat chaud est si riche qu'il n'y a pas besoin de cr\u00e8me du tout ! Toutefois, si vous souhaitez aller plus loin, pr\u00e9parez de la cr\u00e8me pour en napper votre tasse de chocolat chaud. Ou, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, vous pouvez ajouter la cr\u00e8me directement au chocolat chaud, ce qui rendra le go\u00fbt du chocolat un peu plus l\u00e9ger, mais la texture encore plus cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime ajouter un peu de cannelle \u00e0 mon chocolat chaud, surtout \u00e0 l'approche de No\u00ebl. Il faut surveiller la casserole car le lait a tendance \u00e0 d\u00e9border tr\u00e8s rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le lait chauffe, hachez votre chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser 200 ml de lait dans une autre casserole et ajouter le chocolat. Chauffer doucement, en remuant continuellement, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter lentement le reste du lait en remuant constamment. Ajouter la vanille et la cannelle, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant 10 minutes. Pendant ces 10 minutes, continuez \u00e0 remuer le chocolat chaud. C'est ce qui lui donnera sa texture velout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le chocolat cuit, pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e en versant de la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 fouetter tr\u00e8s froide dans un robot de cuisine muni d'un fouet. Fouetter \u00e0 vitesse maximale jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me soit bien \u00e9paissie et qu'elle commence \u00e0 prendre sa forme. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop fouetter la cr\u00e8me, sinon la texture sera granuleuse et elle pourrait m\u00eame commencer \u00e0 se transformer en beurre ! Notez que je n'ajoute pas de sucre \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, car je trouve le chocolat chaud d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment sucr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servez le chocolat chaud dans votre tasse ou petit mug pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 avec une cuiller\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e sur le dessus et savourez ce v\u00e9ritable plaisir d\u00e9cadent ! Toutefois, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, ou si votre chocolat est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement amer, vous pouvez ajouter du sucre, du miel ou du sirop d'\u00e9rable selon votre go\u00fbt. Je vous conseille de pr\u00e9parer le chocolat chaud comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus et de le go\u00fbter avant d'ajouter un \u00e9dulcorant suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec quoi peut-on servir le chocolat chaud fran\u00e7ais ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore boire ce chocolat chaud en l'accompagnant d'une brioche au beurre ou d'un croissant. Ajouter la vanille et la cannelle, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, et poursuivre la cuisson \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant 10 minutes. Pendant ces 10 minutes, continuez \u00e0 remuer le chocolat chaud.
