Il peut toutefois s'av\u00e9rer co\u00fbteux. J'aime acheter de la farine d'amande en vrac chez Costco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0152ufs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 des \u0153ufs que vous utilisez aura une incidence sur la valeur nutritionnelle globale de ces en-cas. Je vous conseille d'acheter la meilleure qualit\u00e9 possible. J'aime acheter au moins des \u0153ufs de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air, et je choisis des \u0153ufs biologiques chaque fois que je le peux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile d'olive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser de l'huile d'olive dans cette recette parce que je veux qu'elle soit sans produits laitiers et je pense que le go\u00fbt de l'huile d'olive est meilleur pour un en-cas sal\u00e9 que celui de l'huile de noix de coco, par exemple. Vous pouvez toutefois remplacer l'huile d'olive par l'huile que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, ou m\u00eame utiliser du beurre fondu ou du ghee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moutarde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est mon ingr\u00e9dient secret ! L'ajout de moutarde \u00e0 ces snacks \u00e0 faible teneur en glucides leur donne une saveur savoureuse suppl\u00e9mentaire qui ressemble presque \u00e0 celle du fromage. Elle aide vraiment \u00e0 faire ressortir la saveur de l'ail et des herbes, alors ne l'oubliez pas !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela dit, veillez \u00e0 lire les ingr\u00e9dients de la moutarde avant de l'utiliser. Certaines moutardes contiennent du sucre et des conservateurs, qui ne sont pas compatibles avec certains r\u00e9gimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herbes de Provence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici en France, ces herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s courantes et constituent un excellent compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 ces en-cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ail frais ou l'ail s\u00e9ch\u00e9 conviennent ici - utilisez ce que vous avez sous la main. Mon moule \u00e0 mini-muffins donne des muffins de la taille d'une bouch\u00e9e, si le v\u00f4tre est plus grand, il se peut que vous deviez les faire cuire plus longtemps. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser deux cuill\u00e8res pour cr\u00e9er de petits monticules sur la plaque de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 recouvrir votre moule de papier sulfuris\u00e9 s'il n'est pas antiadh\u00e9sif. Aplatir chaque boule avec le dos d'une fourchette et faire cuire pendant environ 12 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les bouch\u00e9es sal\u00e9es soient dor\u00e9es, mais pas trop. Si elles brunissent trop, elles seront s\u00e8ches et moins bonnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSEIL : si vous utilisez la m\u00e9thode de la cuill\u00e8re et de la fourchette \u00e0 biscuits, mouillez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement vos ustensiles pour que le m\u00e9lange ne colle pas trop.
