Ces jours-l\u00e0, nous nous rabattons souvent sur les recettes les plus faciles qui nous viennent \u00e0 l'esprit, mais elles ne sont parfois ni les plus savoureuses ni les plus nutritives... C'est pourquoi j'ai imagin\u00e9 ce d\u00e9licieux plat de poulet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise tous les l\u00e9gumes que j'ai sous la main - parfait pour vider le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant les prochaines courses ! La seule pr\u00e9paration consiste \u00e0 \u00e9plucher et \u00e0 couper les l\u00e9gumes et \u00e0 m\u00e9langer la sauce au citron et \u00e0 l'ail. Le poulet et les l\u00e9gumes sont plac\u00e9s dans une seule po\u00eale et cuits pendant 40 \u00e0 50 minutes, ce qui me laisse tout le temps de faire autre chose (donner le bain aux enfants, faire les devoirs, lire un livre...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et lorsque tout est termin\u00e9, j'ai un repas incroyablement savoureux, tr\u00e8s nutritif et qui plaira \u00e0 toute la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime le servir avec du riz, des p\u00e2tes ou du pain (comme celui-ci). <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/simple-sourdough-focaccia-garlic-bread-recipe\/\">Focaccia au levain simple Pain \u00e0 l'ail<\/a>), mais pour vous faciliter la vie, vous pouvez ajouter des pommes de terre ou des patates douces aux l\u00e9gumes et en faire un vrai plat \u00e0 une seule casserole ! Ici en France, elles sont livr\u00e9es avec la cuisse et le pilon, j'en utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une par personne. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement n'utiliser que des cuisses ou des pilons de poulet. Cependant, il est important d'utiliser des morceaux de poulet avec l'os et la peau, car cela apporte de la saveur et de la nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'ai pas essay\u00e9 cette recette avec des blancs de poulet, mais cela pourrait fonctionner si vous pouvez vous procurer des blancs de poulet avec la peau. Une autre option serait d'utiliser un poulet entier d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en morceaux. Il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de modifier le temps de cuisson pour ces options. Il est donc conseill\u00e9 d'utiliser un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande pour v\u00e9rifier la temp\u00e9rature interne du poulet afin de s'assurer qu'il est cuit (il doit \u00eatre \u00e0 74 \u00b0C). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez les l\u00e9gumes que vous avez sous la main. Les l\u00e9gumes de saison ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un meilleur go\u00fbt et un contenu nutritionnel plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, alors privil\u00e9giez-les si vous le pouvez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce plat avec des courgettes, des oignons, des carottes, de la courge musqu\u00e9e et des poivrons rouges, mais il serait excellent avec n'importe quel m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes. Celle-ci peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour faire mariner le poulet si vous \u00eates assez organis\u00e9 pour le pr\u00e9parer plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'huile d'olive, le citron, l'ail, les herbes de Provence, le sel et le poivre sont les seuls assaisonnements n\u00e9cessaires. Ils se marient si bien ensemble et donnent vraiment du punch en termes de saveur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez remplacer les herbes de Provence par des herbes fra\u00eeches si vous en avez sous la main - persil, ciboulette, romarin, thym... Vous pouvez vraiment utiliser ce qui vous semble bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le poulet au citron et \u00e0 l'ail \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 frire avec des l\u00e9gumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand bol, placez les cuisses de poulet et ajoutez l'huile d'olive, le jus de citron, l'ail, les herbes, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu selon votre go\u00fbt. Vous pouvez effectuer cette \u00e9tape plusieurs heures \u00e0 l'avance et laisser le poulet mariner - il sera encore plus savoureux ! V\u00e9rifiez que le poulet est bien cuit avant de le servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment servir le poulet au citron et \u00e0 l'ail \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 frire avec des l\u00e9gumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous aimons servir ce plat avec du riz pour l'\u00e9toffer un peu plus. C'est particuli\u00e8rement important si les enfants sont affam\u00e9s !
