J'\u00e9tais tellement habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 leur donner un muffin ou un biscuit (sans gluten ni produits laitiers, bien s\u00fbr !) qu'il \u00e9tait difficile de sortir des sentiers battus et de trouver quelque chose qu'ils pourraient manger et qui leur plairait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits sont devenus un aliment de base, ce qui n'est pas une mauvaise chose, mais mes enfants ont parfois envie de vari\u00e9t\u00e9. C'est alors que j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher des recettes diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 leur proposer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous des liens vers chaque recette (ou la recette \u00e9crite si c'est la mienne) ainsi que mon opinion sur la fa\u00e7on dont elle s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e et si je la referais. Mais saviez-vous \u00e0 quel point il est facile de le pr\u00e9parer soi-m\u00eame ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer du lait d'amande \u00e0 partir de rien, mais cela n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite. Je finissais toujours par obtenir une texture d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able et mes gar\u00e7ons refusaient de le boire. Le lendemain matin, \u00e9goutter l'eau et mesurer les amandes \u00e0 l'aide d'une tasse \u00e0 mesurer dans un mixeur. 1 tasse d'amandes donne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2 tasses une fois que les amandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tremp\u00e9es. Pour chaque tasse d'amandes tremp\u00e9es, ajouter 2 tasses d'eau filtr\u00e9e. Mixer pendant environ 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer une toile \u00e0 fromage ou un autre mat\u00e9riau fin dans un tamis ou une passoire au-dessus d'une grande casserole. Verser les amandes mix\u00e9es dans la toile \u00e0 fromage. Rassemblez les coins de l'\u00e9tamine pour former un sac et pressez la pulpe d'amande dans le sac jusqu'\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide ait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9. C'est pourquoi, lorsque je suis tomb\u00e9e sur cette recette, j'ai imm\u00e9diatement voulu l'essayer. Elle s'est bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e et les adultes de notre famille l'ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. En revanche, les enfants n'ont pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 (probablement \u00e0 cause de l'ail cru). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La texture ne ressemblait pas du tout \u00e0 celle de la ricotta, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 celle d'un houmous. Cependant, elles n'ont pas donn\u00e9 de bons r\u00e9sultats. J'ai essay\u00e9 de remplacer la farine d'amande par de la pulpe d'amande dans des quantit\u00e9s \u00e9quivalentes. Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait un peu fade et la texture n'\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s bonne. Je ne vais pas partager la recette - elle n\u00e9cessitera beaucoup de travail avant que je ne sois heureuse de la partager ici !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais j'ai appris quelque chose : la pulpe d'amande n'a pas le m\u00eame comportement que la farine d'amande. Nous les avons absolument ador\u00e9s et nous les referons sans aucun doute !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me avec ces beignets, c'est qu'ils sont difficiles \u00e0 retourner dans la po\u00eale. Comme il n'y a pas de gluten, rien ne les maintient ensemble. Les solutions que j'ai trouv\u00e9es sont les suivantes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S'assurer que l'huile est chaude avant d'y ajouter la p\u00e2te. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assurez-vous que le fond du beignet est bien dor\u00e9 avant d'essayer de le retourner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N'ajoutez pas trop de l\u00e9gumes ou le beignet sera trop humide et ne se retournera pas bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veillez \u00e0 retirer le plus de liquide possible des l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Je recommande vivement cette recette - c'est une option parfaite pour le d\u00e9jeuner ou le go\u00fbter. Mixer les fraises et les remettre dans la casserole. Go\u00fbter pour v\u00e9rifier le go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9. Ajoutez du miel si vous le souhaitez. Ajouter la g\u00e9latine et bien m\u00e9langer. Porter \u00e0 un l\u00e9ger fr\u00e9missement et laisser mijoter pendant 3 minutes. Verser dans de petits moules et congeler pendant 15 minutes. D\u00e9mouler et placer dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
