P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e, p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e... Elle est livr\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 roul\u00e9e sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans une forme ronde qui est la taille parfaite pour une quiche ou une tarte. Elle est si pratique que la plupart des gens n'envisagent m\u00eame pas de la faire eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je vais vous confier un petit secret... Je n'ai jamais vraiment aim\u00e9 les quiches ! Enfin, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je commence \u00e0 faire ma propre p\u00e2te. Aujourd'hui, je l'appr\u00e9cie autant que n'importe qui d'autre en France ! Ici, en France, beaucoup de gens aiment utiliser de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e pour les quiches. Cependant, il peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile de la pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. Et si vous cherchez une version sans gluten, la p\u00e2te de cette <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/gluten-free-quiche-recipe-a-quiche-lorraine-everyone-can-enjoy\/\">Recette de quiche sans gluten<\/a> a beaucoup de go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viande de saucisse ou porc hach\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez une chair \u00e0 saucisse pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 l'utiliser. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser du porc hach\u00e9 auquel j'ajoute mes propres \u00e9pices. Le paprika, l'ail, le persil et les herbes de Provence se marient tr\u00e8s bien et apportent beaucoup de saveur \u00e0 la quiche. On peut aussi ajouter du thym et de la sauge. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter de l'oignon, frais ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0152ufs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des \u0153ufs biologiques si je peux m'en procurer, et au minimum des \u0153ufs de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air. Les \u0153ufs que j'utilise sont assez gros, donc si vous avez des \u0153ufs plus petits, vous devrez peut-\u00eatre en ajouter un.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moutarde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime \u00e9taler de la moutarde sur ma p\u00e2te pour en rehausser la saveur. C'est facultatif, mais je le recommande vivement ! J'utilise de la moutarde de Dijon et je recommande d'\u00e9viter les moutardes sucr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La cl\u00e9 est de r\u00e2per son propre fromage ! Continuez \u00e0 lire pour voir \u00e0 quel point elle est facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez pr\u00e9par\u00e9 votre propre p\u00e2te, sortez-la du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur 30 minutes \u00e0 1 heure avant d'en avoir besoin afin qu'elle se ramollisse suffisamment pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9tal\u00e9e facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C et graisser le moule \u00e0 tarte\/quiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rouler la p\u00e2te et la faire cuire \u00e0 l'aveugle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e, \u00e9talez votre p\u00e2te en un disque suffisamment grand pour couvrir le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s de votre plat. Placez votre disque de p\u00e2te dans le plat et pressez-le d\u00e9licatement pour qu'il prenne la forme du plat. Piquez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l'aide d'une fourchette \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez un morceau de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te et versez-y des haricots de cuisson ou des haricots secs.
