Mon troisi\u00e8me enfant n'avait que 6 mois et il est venu avec nous \ud83d\ude42 Nous venions de d\u00e9couvrir ses allergies alimentaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque et nous n'en connaissions pas encore toute l'\u00e9tendue. Je savais qu'il \u00e9tait allergique aux produits laitiers et je les \u00e9vitais depuis que je l'allaitais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gentilles personnes chez qui nous logions \u00e0 St Louis nous ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un d\u00e9licieux petit-d\u00e9jeuner compos\u00e9 de pain \u00e0 la banane et de ce pain aux fraises dont j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 ravie d'apprendre qu'il ne contenait pas de produits laitiers ! Depuis, j'ai fait mienne cette recette en la rendant sans gluten et en la recouvrant d'un d\u00e9licieux gla\u00e7age \u00e0 la vanille sans produits laitiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr r\u00e9aliser cette recette avec de la farine ordinaire et la recouvrir d'un gla\u00e7age au fromage frais, mais personnellement, je ne fais que la version sans gluten. Il est merveilleux tel quel !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le pain aux fraises est-il vraiment du pain ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse courte \u00e0 cette question est \u2018non\u2019. Le pain aux fraises ressemble davantage \u00e0 un g\u00e2teau. Il n'est pas lev\u00e9 avec de la levure comme le pain, mais plut\u00f4t avec de la levure chimique, ce qui lui donne sa texture de g\u00e2teau. Il contient \u00e9galement du sucre et des \u0153ufs, ce qui n'est pas le cas du pain traditionnel. L'avoine contenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du gluten, veillez \u00e0 choisir de la farine d'avoine sans gluten si vous pr\u00e9parez la version sans gluten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas de farine d'avoine sous la main, vous pouvez facilement la pr\u00e9parer en la fouettant pendant 20 secondes dans votre robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farine de riz ou farine tout usage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser la farine de votre choix. J'ai tendance \u00e0 utiliser de la farine de riz, car le pain aux fraises est assez moelleux et se tient bien malgr\u00e9 l'absence de gluten. Vous pouvez toutefois utiliser de la farine ordinaire de bl\u00e9 normal ou votre m\u00e9lange de farine ordinaire sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise du sucre blanc normal et cela fonctionne parfaitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne jamais omettre le sel dans les recettes sucr\u00e9es, il contribue vraiment \u00e0 faire ressortir la saveur. J'utilise du sel fin de table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poudre \u00e0 lever<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela aidera votre pain aux fraises \u00e0 lever et le rendra plus l\u00e9ger. J'ai essay\u00e9 d'en mettre moins, mais je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la texture quand il y a 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pr\u00e9parez la version sans gluten, assurez-vous que votre levure chimique ne contient pas de gluten. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser du bicarbonate de soude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La cannelle donne au pain aux fraises une saveur subtilement \u00e9pic\u00e9e. Elle est tout \u00e0 fait facultative si vous n'aimez pas la cannelle. J'ai \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 un m\u00e9lange d'\u00e9pices en guise d'alternative et cela fonctionne \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise de l'huile de tournesol, mais je suis s\u00fbre que de l'huile de coco fondue ferait tout aussi bien l'affaire, ou toute autre huile sans saveur que vous avez sous la main. En revanche, l'utilisation de beurre modifiera la texture du pain aux fraises et le rendra plus riche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0152ufs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise toujours des \u0153ufs de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air, biologiques si possible. Les \u0153ufs que nous avons ici en France ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre assez gros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fraises surgel\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'ai jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recette qu'avec des fraises congel\u00e9es. Cela a l'avantage de vous donner des saveurs printani\u00e8res tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e ! Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez utiliser des fraises fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gla\u00e7age<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce gla\u00e7age simple est compos\u00e9 de seulement deux ingr\u00e9dients : Du yaourt de soja aromatis\u00e9 \u00e0 la vanille et du sucre glace. Il est possible d'utiliser un yaourt \u00e0 la vanille normal \u00e0 la place du yaourt au soja ou d'utiliser votre recette habituelle de gla\u00e7age au fromage frais, ce qui serait \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire du pain aux fraises avec ou sans gluten et sans produits laitiers ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Graisser un moule \u00e0 pain et le tapisser de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Il sera ainsi beaucoup plus facile de d\u00e9mouler le pain aux fraises apr\u00e8s la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez tous vos ingr\u00e9dients dans un robot de cuisine ou un mixeur sur socle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne, environ 30 secondes. Si vous utilisez un batteur sur socle ou si vous m\u00e9langez \u00e0 la main, vous obtiendrez de petits morceaux de fraises. Ce n'est pas grave, cela ajoutera un peu de texture \u00e0 votre pain aux fraises. Si une brochette ou un couteau en ressort propre, ou avec seulement quelques miettes, il est cuit. Pour moi, cela prend toujours plus de temps que pr\u00e9vu. Il se peut que vous deviez couvrir votre pain aux fraises d'une feuille d'aluminium pour \u00e9viter qu'il ne br\u00fble apr\u00e8s environ 50 minutes. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age en m\u00e9langeant le yaourt et le sucre glace jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il n'y ait plus de grumeaux. D\u00e9mouler le pain aux fraises sur une assiette rectangulaire. Verser le gla\u00e7age sur le pain aux fraises et le lisser \u00e0 l'aide d'une spatule. J'aime laisser couler le gla\u00e7age un peu sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9corer votre pain aux fraises avec des tranches de fraises fra\u00eeches si vous en avez.
