Les enfants d'aujourd'hui sont habitu\u00e9s aux aliments industriels bourr\u00e9s de sucre, et les options plus saines et faites maison sont souvent moins attrayantes pour eux. Je trouve \u00e9galement qu'il est tr\u00e8s difficile de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande ! Il faudrait que je pr\u00e9pare quelque chose tous les jours pour mes quatre enfants affam\u00e9s ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est pourquoi j'ai opt\u00e9 pour une pr\u00e9paration hebdomadaire chaque fois que je le peux. J'aime faire fermenter la p\u00e2te pendant longtemps pour que mes gar\u00e7ons, qui \u00e9taient auparavant allergiques au gluten, puissent aussi les d\u00e9guster.
