D\u00e8s que la saison de la rhubarbe arrive, vers avril-mai ici en France, je commence \u00e0 l'ajouter \u00e0 mon panier. Je l'aime en compote avec du yaourt, avec des pommes dans un crumble, ou m\u00eame en tant que bonbon (des bonbons bouillis \u00e0 la rhubarbe et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me anglaise - qui s'en souvient ?), mais cette recette en particulier doit \u00eatre ma fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de l'utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, comme pour toutes mes recettes, je les ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9es sans gluten ni produits laitiers pour que tous les membres de la famille puissent en profiter. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je n'\u00e9pluche pas la rhubarbe, d'autant plus que j'ach\u00e8te g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des produits biologiques. Cependant, je sais qu'ici en France, les gens ont tendance \u00e0 \u00e9plucher la rhubarbe car ils pensent qu'elle est trop fibreuse autrement. Pour \u00e9viter cela, j'ai deux solutions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9langez la ma\u00efzena avec une petite quantit\u00e9 de lait de coco, d'autre lait ou m\u00eame d'eau avant de l'ajouter au m\u00e9lange. Cela \u00e9vitera la formation de grumeaux et donnera une texture lisse \u00e0 votre clafoutis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisez un mixeur plongeant. Cela permet de m\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 clafoutis de mani\u00e8re impeccable et d'obtenir une excellente texture. C'est la m\u00e9thode que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re pour m'assurer que la ma\u00efzena est bien incorpor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j'essaie de trouver du lait de coco biologique contenant des ingr\u00e9dients naturels. Si ce n'est pas possible, essayez de trouver la marque qui contient le plus de noix de coco. Sinon, vous pouvez facilement le pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame, mais il vous faudra un peu d'organisation pour qu'il soit pr\u00eat \u00e0 temps pour la pr\u00e9paration de votre dessert ! A consulter <a href=\"https:\/\/wellnessmama.com\/recipes\/homemade-coconut-milk\/\">cette<\/a> Recette pour la pr\u00e9paration du lait de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit d'une recette dans laquelle il est impossible de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sucre. Cela peut sembler beaucoup, mais la rhubarbe est un fruit tr\u00e8s acide qui a besoin de sucre pour \u00eatre savoureux. Cette quantit\u00e9 de sucre permet d'obtenir l'\u00e9quilibre parfait entre le sucr\u00e9 et l'acide, ce qui rend ce clafoutis \u00e0 la rhubarbe si d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essence de vanille<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout dessert \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re a besoin de vanille, et celui-ci ne fait pas exception ! Utilisez une essence de vanille naturelle ou de la vanille en poudre si vous pouvez vous en procurer. Vous pouvez la pr\u00e9parer le matin, la laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur tout l'apr\u00e8s-midi et vous aurez un d\u00e9licieux dessert qui plaira \u00e0 tout le monde pour le d\u00eener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour tout dessert cuit au four est d'allumer le four (180\u00b0C) et de graisser le moule. Utilisez de la margarine sans produits laitiers ou un peu d'huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut ensuite pr\u00e9parer la rhubarbe. Comme indiqu\u00e9 plus haut, coupez les parties inf\u00e9rieures et sup\u00e9rieures, nettoyez-les soigneusement et coupez-les en morceaux de 0,5 cm. Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9plucher la rhubarbe, la peau lui donne une belle couleur rouge. Mettez vos morceaux de rhubarbe dans votre moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, ajoutez tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients (sauf les 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre) dans un bol et m\u00e9langez-les \u00e0 l'aide d'un mixeur plongeant pendant quelques secondes jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'une p\u00e2te lisse. Si vous n'utilisez pas de mixeur \u00e0 immersion, m\u00e9langez d'abord la ma\u00efzena avec une petite quantit\u00e9 de lait de coco avant d'ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients. La p\u00e2te est cuite lorsqu'elle est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e sur toute sa surface et qu'il n'y a plus de parties encore liquides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer du four, laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur le comptoir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu'au moment de d\u00e9guster. Ce dessert se d\u00e9guste froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0, c'est fait ! Il n'y a rien de plus facile !
