Il est possible d'utiliser du blanc de poulet, mais le temps de cuisson sera probablement plus court - il se dess\u00e9chera s'il est cuit trop longtemps. Surveillez la temp\u00e9rature interne du poulet : elle doit \u00eatre de 74 \u00b0C pour que la cuisson soit compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moutarde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser la moutarde de Dijon, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ne pas utiliser de moutarde douce pour cette recette. Si vous souffrez d'allergies alimentaires, v\u00e9rifiez les ingr\u00e9dients de votre moutarde avant de l'utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herbes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j'ai des herbes fra\u00eeches qui poussent dans le jardin, j'aime les ajouter \u00e0 cette recette. La ciboulette, le persil, le thym, le romarin et la sauge sont de bonnes options. Cependant, les herbes de Provence fonctionnent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien et donnent une excellente saveur \u00e0 tout moment de l'ann\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sauce soja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m'efforce d'acheter de la sauce soja biologique de haute qualit\u00e9. J'utilise de la sauce sans gluten pour que tous les membres de ma famille puissent appr\u00e9cier le repas. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez ne pas utiliser de sauce soja, j'ai entendu dire que les aminos de noix de coco constituaient une bonne alternative. Laisser mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 30 minutes et jusqu'\u00e0 6 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire tremper les brochettes en bois, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 15 minutes avant la cuisson des brochettes de poulet, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfiler chaque morceau de poulet sur les brochettes.
