D\u00e9poser 1\/4 de tasse (environ 60 ml) de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale et cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les bords deviennent fermes et commencent \u00e0 brunir. Retourner et poursuivre la cuisson pendant quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les pancakes soient bien dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : dans une grande po\u00eale (38 cm), je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 4 pancakes \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment servir les pancakes au levain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime servir ces pancakes simplement avec une noix de beurre sal\u00e9 et un filet de sirop d'\u00e9rable. Pour les r\u00e9chauffer, il suffit de les placer sur une po\u00eale chaude (pas besoin d'huile ou de beurre) pendant une minute ou deux de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils se cong\u00e8lent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien et peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es directement apr\u00e8s cong\u00e9lation, soit dans une po\u00eale, soit dans un grille-pain.
