Ces biscuits sont d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 tout moment de l'ann\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un biscuit sans gluten et sans produits laitiers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela fait maintenant plus de 10 ans que ma famille ne consomme plus de gluten ni de produits laitiers et j'ai appris que les recettes naturellement exemptes de gluten et de produits laitiers sont toujours les meilleures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'aime pas vraiment utiliser des substituts sans gluten et sans produits laitiers dans mes recettes - la saveur et la texture ne sont jamais les m\u00eames et je suis souvent d\u00e9\u00e7ue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re trouver des recettes sans farine ou sans produits laitiers. C'est pourquoi j'aime particuli\u00e8rement ces biscuits. Ils sont incroyablement faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, ne contiennent que 4 ingr\u00e9dients simples et sont absolument d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai \u00e9galement plus de g\u00e2teaux, de desserts et de biscuits sans gluten et sans produits laitiers <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/category\/sweet-things\/gluten-and-dairy-free\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, passons \u00e0 la recette !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de ces biscuits faciles aux amandes sans gluten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Donne 24 biscuits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de poudre d'amandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 blancs d'\u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de sucre de canne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confiture de framboises pour la garniture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : cette recette peut tr\u00e8s facilement \u00eatre augment\u00e9e ou r\u00e9duite en fonction du nombre de blancs d'\u0153ufs dont vous disposez (pour un blanc d'\u0153uf, utilisez 100 g d'amandes moulues et 50 g de sucre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Amandes<\/summary>\n<p>J'aime utiliser de la poudre d'amande dans cette recette, elle donne la meilleure texture. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, vous pouvez utiliser des noisettes moulues ou de la noix de coco moulue, ou un m\u00e9lange de noix moulues.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Blancs d'\u0153ufs<\/summary>\n<p>Je conseille toujours d'acheter des \u0153ufs de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 possible - j'aime acheter des \u0153ufs biologiques dans la mesure du possible, ou au moins des \u0153ufs de poules \u00e9lev\u00e9es en plein air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil :<\/strong> S'il vous reste des blancs d'\u0153ufs mais que vous ne voulez pas faire des biscuits tout de suite, mettez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu'\u00e0 3 mois. Vous pourrez les d\u00e9congeler et les utiliser pour pr\u00e9parer ces biscuits lorsque vous serez pr\u00eat. Veillez simplement \u00e0 indiquer sur le r\u00e9cipient le nombre de blancs d'\u0153ufs qu'il contient.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Sucre<\/summary>\n<p>Lorsque je fais de la p\u00e2tisserie, j'aime r\u00e9duire le sucre autant que possible. Cependant, cette recette a vraiment besoin de sucre pour fonctionner. Il a une l\u00e9g\u00e8re saveur de caramel et il est \u00e9galement plus sain que le sucre blanc.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Confiture<\/summary>\n<p>Bien que j'aime utiliser de la confiture de framboise pour remplir ces biscuits, de la confiture de fraise ou m\u00eame d'abricot ferait tout aussi bien l'affaire. Et si vous voulez une touche plus festive, pourquoi ne pas essayer la confiture de canneberges ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'\u00e9viter les gel\u00e9es et d'utiliser une confiture de framboises ayant une certaine texture de fruit, car elle se tiendra mieux une fois cuite.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer ces biscuits sans gluten \u00e0 l'empreinte de pouce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Recouvrez une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e0 l'exception de la confiture, dans un bol. J'aime utiliser un <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3IzSN99\">Crochet \u00e0 p\u00e2te danois<\/a> pour ce faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont combin\u00e9s, pr\u00e9lever environ 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe du m\u00e9lange et la rouler en boule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil :<\/strong> Utilisez une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 biscuits pour ce faire. Gardez le manche de la cuill\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide pour qu'il ne colle pas au biscuit. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser un doigt pour cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remplissez chaque trou avec environ 1\/4 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de confiture de framboise. Essayez de le faire le plus d\u00e9licatement possible afin que la confiture ne coule pas pendant la cuisson - elle pourrait br\u00fbler si elle sortait du trou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire au milieu d'un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 15 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : ces biscuits ne doivent \u00eatre que tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. S'ils deviennent trop fonc\u00e9s, ils seront trop cuits, surtout sur le dessous. Vous voulez que vos biscuits soient moelleux au centre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil :<\/strong> S'il vous reste des blancs d'\u0153ufs mais que vous ne voulez pas faire des biscuits tout de suite, mettez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu'\u00e0 3 mois.
