Ce n'est pas aussi difficile qu'il n'y para\u00eet ! Mon moulin \u00e0 grains de comptoir fait tout le travail pour moi et n'ajoute qu'une minute ou deux \u00e0 l'ensemble du processus. Pour moi, cela en vaut la peine car mes gar\u00e7ons, qui souffrent d'une allergie au gluten depuis leur naissance, peuvent d\u00e9sormais manger du bl\u00e9 fra\u00eechement moulu ! Quelle joie de les voir d\u00e9guster les m\u00eames muffins que le reste de la famille !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise volontiers du petit \u00e9peautre pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette, mais elle fonctionne aussi tr\u00e8s bien avec du bl\u00e9 moderne. Je p\u00e8se simplement les grains de bl\u00e9 ou de petit \u00e9peautre avant de les moudre et je les mouds directement dans le bol. C'est facile !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement r\u00e9aliser cette recette avec de la farine de bl\u00e9 entier achet\u00e9e dans le commerce. Je vous recommande vivement d'acheter de la farine biologique et de vous approvisionner localement si vous le pouvez.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Levain<\/summary>\n<p>En plus de moudre ma propre farine, j'aime aussi faire fermenter ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 muffins pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9composer le gluten. Pour ce faire, j'ai besoin d'un levain. Pour cette recette, vous pouvez utiliser une levure active ou les restes de levain, selon ce que vous avez sous la main.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Sirop d'\u00e9rable<\/summary>\n<p>J'aime utiliser le sirop d'\u00e9rable comme \u00e9dulcorant. C'est un choix beaucoup plus sain que le sucre blanc transform\u00e9 et je pense qu'il ajoute une d\u00e9licieuse profondeur de go\u00fbt aux muffins.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>\u0152ufs<\/summary>\n<p>J'ach\u00e8te toujours des \u0153ufs de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 possible, si possible biologiques. Si vous ne moulez pas votre farine, mesurez la farine directement dans le bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients secs \u00e0 la farine (levure chimique, sel) et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter ensuite tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients, y compris les canneberges et les p\u00e9pites de chocolat blanc, et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l'aide d'un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3IzSN99\">fouet \u00e0 p\u00e2te danois<\/a>\u00a0ou d'une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour m\u00e9langer. La p\u00e2te sera assez molle, c'est normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez faire fermenter votre p\u00e2te, couvrez le bol et mettez-le au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 1 heure ou jusqu'\u00e0 24 heures. Si vous ne faites pas fermenter votre p\u00e2te, faites-la cuire imm\u00e9diatement comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au moment de la cuisson, veillez \u00e0 ce que votre four soit pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer des moules \u00e0 muffins dans un moule \u00e0 muffins et verser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans chaque moule.
