Retirer de la po\u00eale et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le prosciutto en morceaux de la taille d'une bouch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une petite assiette, d\u00e9poser un lit de salade verte (m\u00e2che).
