Saupoudrer de sel et de poivre et remuer pour enrober uniform\u00e9ment la courge butternut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire r\u00f4tir au four pendant 30 \u00e0 35 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir chaud \u00e0 la sortie du four comme d\u00e9licieux accompagnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voici ma m\u00e9thode pour pr\u00e9parer facilement une courge butternut :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencez par \u00e9plucher la courge butternut. Je le fais \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9pluche-l\u00e9gumes ordinaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enlever le haut et le bas de la courge butternut et la couper en deux dans le sens de la largeur. Pour couper facilement une courge butternut, placez-la sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, appuyez doucement avec le couteau et balancez la courge butternut d'avant en arri\u00e8re. Le couteau tranchera facilement la courge butternut. Veillez \u00e0 ce que votre couteau soit bien aiguis\u00e9 !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du butternut en deux et retirer les graines \u00e0 l'aide d'une cuill\u00e8re. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper les deux moiti\u00e9s du butternut en tranches de 1,5 cm, puis chaque tranche en morceaux de 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les plaques de cuisson europ\u00e9ennes ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus petites que les plaques am\u00e9ricaines, il se peut donc que vous deviez utiliser deux plaques. Il est important que les plaques ne soient pas trop charg\u00e9es, car cela emp\u00eacherait la courge butternut de cuire uniform\u00e9ment et de caram\u00e9liser. Si vous utilisez deux plaques, veillez \u00e0 r\u00e9partir \u00e9galement l'huile, le miel et l'assaisonnement sur les deux plaques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment servir le butternut r\u00f4ti au miel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime servir cet accompagnement tout juste sorti du four. Il se marie particuli\u00e8rement bien avec les d\u00eeners de f\u00eate, comme la dinde.
