Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter une poign\u00e9e de chou fris\u00e9 ou d'\u00e9pinards.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>L'arrow-root<\/summary>\n<p>J'utilise volontiers de l'arrow-root comme \u00e9paississant, mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la ma\u00efzena (amidon de ma\u00efs) ou de la farine ordinaire (tout usage).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Farine<\/summary>\n<p>J'aime moudre ma propre farine, mais cette recette peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec de la farine de bl\u00e9 compl\u00e8te achet\u00e9e dans le commerce ou de la farine ordinaire (tout usage).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Lait<\/summary>\n<p>L'ajout de vinaigre au lait lui donne une consistance l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caill\u00e9e et son go\u00fbt ressemble \u00e0 celui du babeurre. Si vous en avez, utilisez du babeurre comme alternative, ou du lactos\u00e9rum de yaourt qui fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien. (Si vous utilisez du babeurre ou du lactos\u00e9rum de yaourt, vous n'aurez pas besoin de le chauffer ni d'ajouter le vinaigre).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer cette recette de gratin au poulet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer la garniture :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire chauffer l'huile d'olive dans une po\u00eale en fonte, une po\u00eale allant au four ou une grande casserole. Ajouter le poulet et le faire frire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 5 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit dor\u00e9 de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ne surchargez pas le poulet - faites-le frire en plusieurs fois si n\u00e9cessaire. Ne remuez pas trop souvent, cela pourrait faire perdre de l'eau au poulet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le poulet est dor\u00e9, le retirer de la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9, ajouter les oignons et les faire revenir pendant 3 \u00e0 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les carottes et le c\u00e9leri et faire frire pendant une minute environ. Ajouter ensuite l'ail et continuer \u00e0 faire frire pendant 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remettre le poulet dans la po\u00eale et enrober la viande et les l\u00e9gumes avec l'arrow-root. Cuire doucement pendant 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le sel, le thym, le poivre, la feuille de laurier et le bouillon.
