Il me permet de bien d\u00e9marrer la journ\u00e9e et me donne le sourire. J'ai l'impression de manger un repas sain, riche en prot\u00e9ines gr\u00e2ce au yaourt, en nutriments gr\u00e2ce aux noix et aux graines, et en vitamines gr\u00e2ce aux fruits. Et \u00e7a n'a pas un go\u00fbt de carton ! Elle contient des prot\u00e9ines, des fibres, plusieurs vitamines et min\u00e9raux essentiels \u00e0 notre alimentation. Je me sens donc encore plus \u00e0 l'aise pour savourer un bol de granola le matin !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que cette recette ne contienne pas de gluten, il suffit de remplacer les flocons d'avoine par des flocons d'avoine sans gluten. On les trouve dans la plupart des supermarch\u00e9s bio. C'est si simple !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, j'ai utilis\u00e9 des flocons d'avoine coup\u00e9s en morceaux, car je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la texture du granola. Cependant, vous pouvez utiliser des flocons d'avoine pour plus de texture si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amandes et noix de p\u00e9can<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont deux de mes noix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. Elles regorgent de nutriments tels que la vitamine E, les prot\u00e9ines, le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium et bien d'autres encore. Les noix de p\u00e9can et les amandes sont \u00e9galement une excellente source de fibres et, bien qu'elles soient assez caloriques, elles contiennent principalement des graisses monoinsatur\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je les laisse enti\u00e8res dans cette recette car j'appr\u00e9cie le croquant qu'elles donnent au granola. Il contient principalement des monosaccharides, qui sont beaucoup plus faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer que les disaccharides pr\u00e9sents dans le sucre de table. Il contient \u00e9galement des antioxydants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, la saveur du miel est d\u00e9licieuse et c'est ce qui fait la particularit\u00e9 de cette recette de granola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser diff\u00e9rents types de miel en fonction de vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles et de ce qui est disponible. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser un miel au go\u00fbt l\u00e9ger, comme le miel de fleurs ou d'acacia. Le miel de pin, par exemple, aura une saveur beaucoup plus prononc\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une chose importante \u00e0 garder \u00e0 l'esprit est qu'il est devenu courant de m\u00e9langer le miel avec du sirop de sucre aromatis\u00e9, supprimant ainsi tous les avantages de la consommation de vrai miel. Bien que cela soit strictement ill\u00e9gal dans la plupart des pays, cela se produit encore. J'essaie donc d'acheter des produits biologiques et locaux lorsque je le peux afin d'\u00e9viter cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile de noix de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l'huile de coco que vous utilisez, elle peut apporter une saveur subtile \u00e0 ce granola. Je ne l'ai pas remarqu\u00e9 personnellement et j'appr\u00e9cie la saveur de la noix de coco, mais si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, vous pouvez utiliser de l'huile de tournesol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extrait de vanille et sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces ingr\u00e9dients sont importants car ils font ressortir la saveur du granola. Recouvrir une plaque de cuisson de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (cela facilitera le transfert du granola dans un pot).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, faites chauffer le miel et l'huile de coco jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement liquides. Cela facilitera le m\u00e9lange des ingr\u00e9dients. Vous pouvez les faire fondre au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez ensuite tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans un saladier, puis versez l'huile de coco, le miel et la vanille par-dessus.
