Mon boucher fait une offre tous les mercredis et c'est toujours moins cher que d'acheter au supermarch\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Champignons<\/summary>\n<p>J'aime utiliser des champignons de Paris brun, mais les blancs conviennent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/summary>\n<p>J'utilise de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche pour cette recette, mais vous pouvez utiliser de la cr\u00e8me aigre si vous pouvez vous en procurer. La cr\u00e8me fleurette convient \u00e9galement, mais elle sera moins acide. Pour une option sans produits laitiers, utilisez du lait de coco - c'est tout aussi d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le boeuf hach\u00e9 Stroganoff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir les oignons pendant 3 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient ramollis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 et faire frire jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit cuit (5 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les champignons et l'ail et continuer \u00e0 faire frire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter le bouillon, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la viande soit bien cuite (10 \u00e0 20 minutes).
