Elle est livr\u00e9e d\u00e9j\u00e0 roul\u00e9e sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans une forme ronde qui est la taille parfaite pour une quiche ou une tarte. Elle est si pratique que la plupart des gens n'envisagent m\u00eame pas de la faire eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais je vais vous confier un petit secret... Je n'ai jamais vraiment aim\u00e9 les quiches ! Enfin, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je commence \u00e0 faire ma propre p\u00e2te. Aujourd'hui, je l'appr\u00e9cie autant que n'importe qui d'autre en France ! Si vous achetez du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, v\u00e9rifiez que les ingr\u00e9dients ne contiennent pas d'agents anti-agglom\u00e9rants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j'aime utiliser du Comt\u00e9 dans cette quiche (un fromage c\u00e9l\u00e8bre de la Franche-Comt\u00e9, r\u00e9gion d'origine de mon mari), mais le Gruy\u00e8re convient \u00e9galement, tout comme l'Emmental ou le Cheddar.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer cette recette de quiche aux champignons et aux lardons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graisser et\/ou tapisser un moule rond ou un plat \u00e0 quiche de 28-30 cm de diam\u00e8tre.
