J'ach\u00e8te la mienne chez le boucher, car ils l'ont en promotion tous les mercredis. Cela finit par co\u00fbter moins cher qu'au supermarch\u00e9 et \u00eatre de bien meilleure qualit\u00e9. Si vous achetez la v\u00f4tre au supermarch\u00e9, essayez d'obtenir du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 avec seulement 5% de graisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme alternative, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la dinde hach\u00e9e. Le porc hach\u00e9 est une option, mais il est beaucoup plus gras que le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, donc il peut \u00eatre judicieux de faire 50 % de b\u0153uf et 50 % de porc.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Tomates en conserve<\/summary>\n<p>Lorsque vous achetez des tomates en conserve, sachez que de l'eau est souvent ajout\u00e9e, ce qui en alt\u00e8re le go\u00fbt. Si possible, achetez la marque qui contient le plus faible pourcentage d'eau ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment r\u00e9aliser cette recette facile de spaghettis \u00e0 la bolognaise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir doucement les oignons dans l'huile d'olive pendant 3 minutes. Ajoutez le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 et faites-le dorer de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s (environ 5 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les champignons et continuer la cuisson pendant 3 minutes. C'est le plat parfait \u00e0 congeler. Je laisse la sauce refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis je la transf\u00e8re dans un sac de cong\u00e9lation et je la cong\u00e8le aussi \u00e0 plat que possible pour qu'elle soit plus facile \u00e0 d\u00e9congeler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 le manger, laissez-le d\u00e9congeler toute une nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, puis r\u00e9chauffez-le \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit bien chaud partout.
