Ajouter un jaune d'\u0153uf \u00e0 la toute fin rend le tout incroyablement luxueux, tout en \u00e9tant l'un des repas les plus simples \u00e0 cuisiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, c'est un repas tellement facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer que c'est l'une des premi\u00e8res recettes que j'enseigne \u00e0 mes enfants. Une autre option serait d'utiliser du jambon, ce qui vous donnerait une option l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser du bacon non fum\u00e9, car le bacon fum\u00e9 peut \u00eatre plut\u00f4t fort dans cette recette.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>\u0152ufs<\/summary>\n<p>Le jaune d'\u0153uf sera servi cru, alors assurez-vous d'utiliser des \u0153ufs frais et d'\u00e9viter cette m\u00e9thode pour les femmes enceintes, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou les personnes immunod\u00e9prim\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez conserver les blancs d'\u0153ufs et les utiliser dans des recettes comme <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/gluten-free-almond-thumbprint-cookies-with-raspberry-jam\/\">ces biscuits aux amandes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Cr\u00e8me<\/summary>\n<p>Ici en France, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche est la cr\u00e8me de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la cuisine. Cependant, si vous n'en trouvez pas, de la cr\u00e8me double, voire de la cr\u00e8me aigre, fera l'affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez besoin d'une version sans produits laitiers, utilisez du lait de coco \u00e0 la place de la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>P\u00e2tes<\/summary>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser les spaghettis traditionnels pour cette recette, mais n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser les p\u00e2tes de votre choix. Pas besoin d'ajouter de l'huile, le lard rendra sa propre graisse. Une fois le lard cuit, vous pourriez souhaiter retirer une partie de la graisse. Baissez le feu et ajoutez la cr\u00e8me. R\u00e9chauffez doucement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes d'\u0153ufs et d\u00e9posez un jaune d'\u0153uf au fond de chaque assiette. R\u00e9servez les blancs d'\u0153ufs pour les utiliser dans <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/easy-almond-cookies-recipe\/\">une autre recette<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que les p\u00e2tes sont cuites, divisez-les sur chaque assiette, sur le jaune d'\u0153uf. Nappez les p\u00e2tes avec la sauce cr\u00e9meuse carbonara. M\u00e9langez les p\u00e2tes, la sauce et le jaune d'\u0153uf dans chaque bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir avec une pinc\u00e9e de parmesan et du poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu. Si vous le faites dans une casserole chaude, le jaune d'\u0153uf cuira et deviendra grumeleux. Vous voulez que le jaune d'\u0153uf reste soyeux et se m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selon la teneur en gras de votre bacon, vous pourriez vouloir en retirer une partie apr\u00e8s la cuisson. Vous pouvez soit l'\u00e9cumer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re, soit utiliser de l'essuie-tout pour l'\u00e9ponger hors de la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de parmesan avant de servir est facultatif mais je le recommande vivement !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assurez-vous de v\u00e9rifier le temps de cuisson de vos p\u00e2tes avant de commencer.
