Vous pouvez la remplacer par de la farine blanche dans les m\u00eames proportions. Je n'ai pas test\u00e9 cette recette avec de la farine sans gluten, mais votre farine pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e devrait fonctionner. N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me faire un retour si vous essayez.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Huile<\/summary>\n<p>Toute huile neutre fera l'affaire ici. L'huile de tournesol, de colza ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tale sont toutes de bonnes alternatives abordables \u00e0 l'huile d'avocat, cependant, gardez \u00e0 l'esprit que certaines huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales sont hautement transform\u00e9es et pas aussi saines qu'elles n'y paraissent. L'huile de coco fondue fonctionne aussi mais ajoutera une l\u00e9g\u00e8re saveur de noix de coco, et j'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 de l'huile d'olive par le pass\u00e9 \u2013 on ne sent pas du tout la saveur !<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Lait ou yaourt<\/summary>\n<p>Les deux fonctionnent aussi bien. Pour une version sans produits laitiers, utilisez n'importe quel lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou un yaourt sans produits laitiers. Le lait d'avoine, le lait d'amande et le lait de soja donnent tous de bons r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Sucre<\/summary>\n<p>J'utilise du sucre de canne cristallis\u00e9, mais un sucre roux doux apportera une saveur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e si vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>P\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/summary>\n<p>Remplacez par du chocolat noir hach\u00e9, des p\u00e9pites de chocolat blanc, ou omettez-les compl\u00e8tement et ajoutez une poign\u00e9e de noix ou de noix de p\u00e9can \u00e0 la place. Garnir un moule \u00e0 12 muffins de caissettes en papier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajoutez les bananes (pas besoin de les \u00e9craser avant !), le levain, les \u0153ufs et l'extrait de vanille dans le bol de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/48LBcWd\">robot p\u00e2tissier<\/a> et m\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 basse vitesse pour \u00e9craser les bananes et combiner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les flocons d'avoine, la farine, le sucre, l'huile, le lait ou le yaourt, le sel et la levure chimique. M\u00e9langez \u00e0 basse ou moyenne vitesse jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.
