Il s'agit d'une recette rapide-rapide-lente qui n\u00e9cessite environ 30 minutes de cuisson active dans la cuisine, mais qui cuit ensuite au four (ou mijote sur la plaque de cuisson) pendant une heure, ce qui en fait le repas parfait \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l'avance. Il est encore meilleur lorsqu'il est r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 le lendemain, ce qui est id\u00e9al pour ceux d'entre nous qui ont besoin de restes ! Je cong\u00e8le aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement plusieurs portions de ce plat pour avoir un d\u00eener sous la main lorsque les choses ne se passent pas comme pr\u00e9vu ou lorsque j'ai besoin d'une pause. De cette fa\u00e7on, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez de tous les avantages nutritionnels de la peau et des os. Cela ajoute \u00e9galement beaucoup de saveur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je laisse la peau, il est important de faire revenir la viande avant d'ajouter le liquide. La cuisson au four permet de garder la peau croustillante, du moins pour les morceaux de poulet qui se trouvent sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oignon et ail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, ils sont indispensables \u00e0 presque tous les plats mijot\u00e9s que je pr\u00e9pare. Ils ajoutent tellement de saveur et font partie int\u00e9grante de la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poivrons rouges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore la douceur qu'elles acqui\u00e8rent au cours de la cuisson lente. Ils se fondent presque dans la sauce et lui conf\u00e8rent une d\u00e9licate douceur. Vous pourriez les remplacer par des poivrons verts, mais la sauce n'aurait pas la m\u00eame saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomates en conserve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'essaie d'acheter des tomates en conserve de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 possible, surtout lorsqu'elles sont en promotion ! Si vous regardez la liste des ingr\u00e9dients, vous constaterez que certaines tomates en conserve moins ch\u00e8res ne contiennent que 62% de tomates, le reste \u00e9tant de l'eau. J'essaie d'acheter des tomates en conserve dont la liste d'ingr\u00e9dients contient au moins 90% de tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herbes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s'agit ici d'utiliser ce que vous avez pour cette recette ! Si vous avez des herbes fra\u00eeches, utilisez-les (j'aime particuli\u00e8rement la sauge, l'origan et le persil, mais je pense que le thym, le basilic et le romarin conviendraient \u00e9galement). Elle est cuite lentement au four, ce qui permet de faire ressortir toutes les saveurs, alors vous ne pouvez vraiment pas vous tromper !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, commen\u00e7ons !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer et faire revenir les lardons et les l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une grande po\u00eale allant au four ou un faitout, faire revenir les lardons jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils perdent leur graisse et commencent \u00e0 brunir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9mincer l'oignon, les poivrons et pr\u00e9parer l'ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter les oignons \u00e0 la po\u00eale et les faire revenir jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres mais pas bruns. Ajoutez l'ail et retirez imm\u00e9diatement le m\u00e9lange de la po\u00eale \u00e0 l'aide d'une \u00e9cumoire et laissez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire revenir le poulet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser environ 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'huile d'olive (ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graisse de canard) dans la po\u00eale et faire chauffer. Lorsque l'huile est chaude, ajouter le poulet. Faites dorer les cuisses de poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson \u00e0 l'aide de pinces. Cela prend environ 5 \u00e0 8 minutes. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas surcharger votre po\u00eale car la viande ne sera pas bien saisie. Vous pouvez faire frire 2 ou 3 cuisses \u00e0 la fois si votre po\u00eale est trop petite. Saler le poulet avec environ 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel pendant qu'il dore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assembler le poulet m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en aux tomates et aux poivrons et le faire cuire au four<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer toute la viande de la po\u00eale et ajouter le m\u00e9lange d'oignons, de lardons et d'ail. Ajouter les poivrons et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajoutez ensuite 1 bo\u00eete de tomates en conserve et 1\/4 d'eau de la m\u00eame bo\u00eete (remuer l'eau dans la bo\u00eete pour enlever tous les morceaux de tomates). Hachez finement vos herbes, si vous les utilisez fra\u00eeches, et ajoutez-les au m\u00e9lange de tomates avec 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et un peu de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu. Remuez bien et placez le poulet sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note : attention au sel, le lardon est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sal\u00e9, n'en ajoutez donc pas trop tout de suite. Go\u00fbtez le plat avant de le servir et ajoutez-en \u00e0 la fin si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter la sauce \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, couvrir et cuire au four \u00e0 150\u00b0C pendant 1h. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement laisser mijoter la sauce sur la cuisini\u00e8re pendant 1 heure \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux. Lorsque l'huile est chaude, ajouter le poulet. Faites dorer les cuisses de poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson \u00e0 l'aide de pinces. Cela prend environ 5 \u00e0 8 minutes. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas surcharger votre po\u00eale car la viande ne sera pas bien saisie. Vous pouvez faire frire 2 ou 3 cuisses \u00e0 la fois si votre po\u00eale est trop petite. Saler le poulet avec environ 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel pendant qu'il dore.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-511-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Retirer toute la viande de la po\u00eale et ajouter le m\u00e9lange d'oignons, de lardons et d'ail. Ajouter les poivrons et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajoutez ensuite 1 bo\u00eete de tomates en conserve et 1\/4 d'eau de la m\u00eame bo\u00eete (remuer l'eau dans la bo\u00eete pour enlever tous les morceaux de tomates). Hachez finement vos herbes, si vous les utilisez fra\u00eeches, et ajoutez-les au m\u00e9lange de tomates avec 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et un peu de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement laisser mijoter la sauce sur la cuisini\u00e8re pendant 1 heure \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.
