Il s'agit plut\u00f4t d'un travail d'assemblage et, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, vous pouvez utiliser tous les l\u00e9gumes que vous voulez ! Mais j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que cela valait la peine d'\u00eatre publi\u00e9 car cela pourrait donner \u00e0 certains d'entre vous de l'inspiration pour un d\u00eener de semaine diff\u00e9rent de celui auquel vous \u00eates habitu\u00e9s. Alors, continuez \u00e0 lire si vous \u00eates \u00e0 la recherche d'un d\u00eener qui se pr\u00e9pare tr\u00e8s rapidement et qui est super adaptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je voulais aussi vous encourager \u00e0 essayer des l\u00e9gumes de saison que vous n'avez peut-\u00eatre pas l'habitude de manger. C'est exactement ce que j'ai fait avec ce plat. C'est le d\u00e9but de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 ici, en fait c'est le premier jour de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 au moment o\u00f9 j'\u00e9cris ces lignes, m\u00eame si le temps nous fait penser que c'est l'automne ! J'ai vu quelques <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kohlrabi\">chou-rave<\/a> dans notre magasin bio local et je me suis dit que j'allais l'essayer pour la premi\u00e8re fois. En fait, nous avons vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, m\u00eame les enfants, ce qui m'a surprise ! Je pense que r\u00f4tir les l\u00e9gumes est une bonne fa\u00e7on de les pr\u00e9senter, car cela fait ressortir toute leur saveur et leur donne un go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire lorsqu'ils caram\u00e9lisent dans la po\u00eale. Elles ont un go\u00fbt assez fort et sont tr\u00e8s bonnes. J'ai \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 une saucisse roul\u00e9e dans le pass\u00e9 et je pense qu'une saucisse de Cumberland conviendrait tr\u00e8s bien si vous vivez au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La principale chose \u00e0 savoir est de toujours v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients de vos saucisses et d'essayer d'acheter les plus naturelles possibles. Vous devez \u00e9galement savoir que les saucisses contiennent souvent du lactose et du gluten (surtout en Angleterre), alors n'oubliez pas de lire l'\u00e9tiquette si vous \u00eates sensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fois, j'ai compar\u00e9 deux marques de saucisses, une marque de supermarch\u00e9 biologique et une marque de supermarch\u00e9 normale. La saucisse biologique contenait en fait plus d'additifs, y compris des num\u00e9ros E, que la saucisse normale. La le\u00e7on est donc tir\u00e9e : v\u00e9rifiez bien les ingr\u00e9dients !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est l\u00e0 que vous pouvez faire preuve d'une grande cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ! Ou tout simplement nettoyer le tiroir du bas de votre r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je l'ai dit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, je voulais essayer le chou-rave et j'en ai donc mis un peu. J'ai pens\u00e9 que le fenouil se marierait tr\u00e8s bien avec la saucisse (et c'est le cas !). J'ai ajout\u00e9 des carottes pour la douceur et de la patate douce pour les glucides. En hiver, vous pouvez utiliser des l\u00e9gumes racines comme les pommes de terre, les carottes et les rutabagas. Les possibilit\u00e9s sont vraiment infinies, et la limite est votre imagination (et ce qui est de saison :)) ! Vous trouverez ci-dessous d'autres id\u00e9es de m\u00e9langes de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je recommande de couper les l\u00e9gumes en morceaux de 2 cm. Cependant, vous constaterez que certains l\u00e9gumes cuisent plus vite que d'autres, alors coupez en plus petits morceaux les l\u00e9gumes durs tels que les pommes de terre et le chou-rave pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr qu'ils seront bien cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herbes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'ajouter des herbes fra\u00eeches au plat cette fois-ci, car elles poussent enfin dans notre cour. J'ai utilis\u00e9 ce que j'avais sous la main : de la sauge, qui se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec la saucisse, du persil et de l'origan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser les herbes de votre choix ou les remplacer par des herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ne pas utiliser d'herbes, le plat sera tout aussi d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer les saucisses et l\u00e9gumes au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'y a rien de plus facile. Quelques \u00e9tapes simples, 40 minutes au four, et vous avez un d\u00eener sain que tout le monde appr\u00e9ciera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allumer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes en les lavant et en les \u00e9pluchant si n\u00e9cessaire. Coupez-les en morceaux de 2 cm (environ). En fonction du temps de cuisson de chaque l\u00e9gume, vous pourrez varier la taille des morceaux. Par exemple, les pommes de terre (si vous d\u00e9cidez de les utiliser) devront \u00eatre coup\u00e9es en morceaux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus petits pour garantir une cuisson compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer les l\u00e9gumes sur une plaque de cuisson en les r\u00e9partissant uniform\u00e9ment. Arroser d'un peu d'huile d'olive (pas trop car les saucisses vont rendre leur graisse) et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. J'ai donc dress\u00e9 une liste de diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9langes de l\u00e9gumes qui, selon moi, conviendraient parfaitement. Avez-vous trouv\u00e9 un autre m\u00e9lange ?
