La douceur et la l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9 des tomates se marient parfaitement avec le moelleux et la douce salinit\u00e9 de la mozzarella. Lorsque l'on ajoute le piquant du basilic au m\u00e9lange, l'ensemble prend de l'ampleur et cr\u00e9e une explosion de saveurs qui est l'incarnation m\u00eame de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 dans une assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous \u00eates allergique ou intol\u00e9rant aux produits laitiers, continuez \u00e0 lire, j'ai une solution pour vous ci-dessous \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de l'acidit\u00e9 des tomates, je n'ai jamais aim\u00e9 utiliser une vinaigrette traditionnelle avec cette salade. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re l'huile et le sel, surtout lorsque les tomates sont de saison et m\u00fbres \u00e0 point. Le basilic est un incontournable pour moi aussi. Cependant, je trouve que l'utilisation de feuilles enti\u00e8res de basilic ne permet pas de bien r\u00e9partir la saveur. Il contient \u00e9galement des noix (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des pignons de pin) et du fromage (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du parmesan). L'huile de basilic a une saveur plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re que le pesto et ne contient ni noix ni fromage. Je trouve que la saveur de l'huile de basilic ne domine pas les tomates, qui devraient toujours \u00eatre les vedettes de cette salade. Si vous les cultivez vous-m\u00eame, c'est encore mieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 grosses tomates ou 4 tomates moyennes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 boules de mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petit bouquet de basilic (environ 4-5 brins)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml d'huile d'olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 de gousse d'ail (ou selon le go\u00fbt, facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel marin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tomates sont la pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de cette salade, il faut donc s'assurer d'acheter des tomates m\u00fbres et savoureuses. Dans la mesure du possible, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'acheter des tomates locales, car il y a plus de chances qu'elles soient m\u00fbres au moment de la cueillette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'appr\u00e9cie les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s anciennes vendues en France. Elles sont souvent tr\u00e8s grosses, ont beaucoup de chair et peu de p\u00e9pins, et offrent une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de couleurs. Elles ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus sucr\u00e9es et moins acides que les autres tomates disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mozzarella<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous obtiendrez plus de saveur si vous utilisez de la mozzarella au lait de bufflonne, mais j'ai tendance \u00e0 acheter de la mozzarella au lait de vache, car la diff\u00e9rence de prix est importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez utiliser de la burrata, vous pouvez le faire, mais vous devez la laisser enti\u00e8re au milieu de l'assiette avec les tomates dispos\u00e9es autour d'elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai vu des gens faire leur propre mozzarella et cela ne semble pas si compliqu\u00e9. Faites-moi savoir si vous l'essayez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basilic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, vous n'avez besoin que d'un petit bouquet de basilic, environ 4 \u00e0 5 brins suffisent. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re acheter le basilic en pot car il reste frais plus longtemps et je peux le planter dans le jardin si je le souhaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile d'olive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise toujours de l'huile d'olive extra vierge car son go\u00fbt est sup\u00e9rieur. Elle est assez forte, mais je pense qu'il faut cette saveur pour faire ressortir les tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n'en utilise qu'une petite quantit\u00e9 dans cette recette. Vous pouvez en mettre autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez. L'ail cru est tr\u00e8s bon pour la sant\u00e9, mais certaines personnes ont du mal \u00e0 le dig\u00e9rer. J'aime couper les tomates en deux, en enlevant la partie blanche o\u00f9 se trouvait le p\u00e9doncule, puis en les tranchant grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, couper la mozzarella en tranches et disposer les tomates et la mozzarella dans une assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l'huile de basilic, trois options sont possibles, en fonction du mat\u00e9riel dont vous disposez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre l'huile, le basilic, l'ail et le sel dans un bocal et mixer \u00e0 l'aide d'un mixeur plongeant jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre l'huile, le basilic, l'ail et le sel dans un blender et mixer pendant quelques secondes jusqu'\u00e0 obtention d'un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher finement l'ail et le basilic et les m\u00e9langer dans un bol avec l'huile et le sel. Les allergies aux produits laitiers peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s frustrantes. Il existe actuellement sur le march\u00e9 de nombreux fromages sans produits laitiers. Mes gar\u00e7ons les appr\u00e9cient, mais je dois dire qu'ils ne sont pas mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais j'ai une bonne nouvelle pour vous ! Cette salade fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien m\u00eame sans mozzarella, surtout lorsque les tomates sont parfaitement m\u00fbres.
