Jeunes mari\u00e9s, nous avons voyag\u00e9 en Tha\u00eflande et sommes tomb\u00e9s amoureux de la cuisine tha\u00eflandaise. Elle \u00e9tait incroyablement savoureuse : sucr\u00e9e, sal\u00e9e, \u00e9pic\u00e9e, il y avait de tout. Nous avons m\u00eame pris un cours de cuisine tha\u00eflandaise pendant notre s\u00e9jour, ce qui nous a beaucoup amus\u00e9s ! J'ai encore le livre de recettes photocopi\u00e9 qu'on nous a donn\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuisine tha\u00eflandaise occupe donc une place particuli\u00e8re dans nos c\u0153urs et nous aimons la pr\u00e9parer pour notre famille et nos amis. Malheureusement, comme beaucoup de familles, nos enfants n'appr\u00e9cient pas les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s. C'est ce qui m'a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9laborer cette recette de poulet \u00e0 la noix de coco, qui nous offre toutes les saveurs que nous aimons : citronnelle, gingembre, feuilles de lime kaffir, mais sans les \u00e9pices. Toutefois, les blancs de poulet conviennent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien, m\u00eame s'il faut veiller \u00e0 ne pas trop les cuire. Une autre option consiste \u00e0 utiliser les restes de poulet d'un r\u00f4ti. C'est une tr\u00e8s bonne option car la viande a d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de saveur du fait qu'elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00f4tie. Elle permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la quantit\u00e9 de cuisson et de pr\u00e9paration, puisque la viande est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9coup\u00e9e et cuite et qu'il suffit de la r\u00e9chauffer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'essaie d'acheter du lait de coco aussi naturel que possible. Il contient souvent des additifs que j'essaie d'\u00e9viter, c'est pourquoi il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'acheter du lait biologique. Il est possible de fabriquer son propre lait de coco, mais je n'ai jamais essay\u00e9 moi-m\u00eame. <a href=\"https:\/\/realsimplegood.com\/how-to-make-coconut-milk\/\">Ici <\/a>est un bon tutoriel si vous voulez essayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouillon de poulet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bouillon de poulet fait maison pr\u00e9sente un nombre incroyable de bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9, tout en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s savoureux, c'est donc ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser. J'ai une excellente recette de bouillon d'os de poulet. <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/instant-pot-chicken-bone-broth-and-other-methods\/\">ici<\/a>.  Si vous utilisez des cubes de bouillon, essayez d'en trouver qui contiennent le moins d'additifs possible. Sachez que les cubes de bouillon contiennent beaucoup de sel, ce qui affecte l'assaisonnement du plat ; veillez donc \u00e0 go\u00fbter avant d'ajouter du sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser des l\u00e9gumes verts pour cette recette, et mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s sont les haricots verts, les courgettes et les \u00e9pinards. Ce ne sont pas exactement les ingr\u00e9dients que l'on trouve dans la cuisine tha\u00eflandaise traditionnelle, car ils sont tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 trouver ici, mais ils sont similaires et me rappellent les saveurs tha\u00eflandaises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques remarques ici... <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les feuilles de lime kaffir peuvent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 trouver, vous pouvez donc les laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais assurez-vous d'ajouter un filet de lime avant de servir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je coupe le gingembre en tranches assez \u00e9paisses pour que mes enfants puissent le d\u00e9couper et ne pas le manger. Ils trouvent le gingembre trop \u00e9pic\u00e9 pour \u00eatre mang\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est conseill\u00e9 de laisser la citronnelle en morceaux assez gros, car elle n'est pas agr\u00e9able \u00e0 manger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous pouvez remplacer la sauce de poisson par de la sauce de soja, mais elle n'a pas tout \u00e0 fait la m\u00eame saveur. C'est une bonne option si vous avez du mal \u00e0 vous procurer de la sauce de poisson ou si vous n'appr\u00e9ciez pas son go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miel ou sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la cuisine tha\u00eflandaise traditionnelle, on utilise du sucre de palme. Porter \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la sauce de poisson, la citronnelle, les feuilles de lime kaffir, le sucre ou le miel, l'ail et le gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le lait de coco bout \u00e0 nouveau, ajouter les l\u00e9gumes et le bouillon de poulet. (Si vous utilisez des restes de poulet d'un r\u00f4ti, ajoutez-les \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce stade).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baisser le feu et laisser mijoter pendant 10 minutes (15 minutes si l'on utilise des cuisses de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es et sans peau). Le poulet \u00e0 la noix de coco est un excellent repas \u00e0 congeler. Vous pouvez doubler les quantit\u00e9s et en mettre la moiti\u00e9 au cong\u00e9lateur pour un d\u00eener savoureux lors d'une soir\u00e9e charg\u00e9e. Ou, si vous attendez des invit\u00e9s, vous pouvez le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l'avance et le congeler afin de pouvoir le r\u00e9chauffer lorsque vos invit\u00e9s seront l\u00e0 et vous concentrer sur le plaisir de leur compagnie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le poulet \u00e0 la noix de coco est-il exempt de gluten et de produits laitiers ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, c'est vrai ! Et c'est une autre raison pour laquelle nous le pr\u00e9parons si souvent dans notre famille. Le seul ingr\u00e9dient auquel vous devez faire attention est la sauce soja si vous l'utilisez pour remplacer la sauce de poisson. La sauce soja est souvent fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 base de bl\u00e9, mais vous pouvez acheter de la sauce soja sans gluten dans certains supermarch\u00e9s bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, pourquoi ne pas essayer le poulet \u00e0 la noix de coco et d\u00e9couvrir les saveurs tha\u00eflandaises sans les \u00e9pices !
