Ils adorent le chocolat et tout ce qui est sucr\u00e9, alors j'ai du mal \u00e0 les convaincre de manger des options plus saines. Ces barres granola, cependant, semblent faire l'affaire ! Veillez \u00e0 ce qu'il s'agisse de cacahu\u00e8tes 100%, si possible biologiques. Il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s facile de fabriquer son propre beurre de cacahu\u00e8te si l'on dispose du mat\u00e9riel ad\u00e9quat. Jetez un coup d'\u0153il \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DUEVr3CMIhk\">cette<\/a> si vous voulez tenter l'exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile de noix de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser de l'huile de noix de coco biologique vierge, mais elle peut \u00eatre ch\u00e8re, alors j'en profite toujours lorsqu'elle est en solde et j'en ach\u00e8te plusieurs. J'ai \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 du lait de coco biologique dans des magasins discount comme Lidl et Action, cela vaut la peine de garder l'\u0153il ouvert !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser le miel comme \u00e9dulcorant car le sucre qu'il contient est du fructose, ce qui est bien meilleur pour la sant\u00e9. J'essaie de faire attention au miel que j'ach\u00e8te, car j'ai entendu dire que beaucoup de miel commercial est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du sirop de sucre aromatis\u00e9. Nous sommes rentr\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment de vacances et j'ai achet\u00e9 plusieurs pots de miel local pour les ramener avec moi. Il est plus savoureux et je sais exactement d'o\u00f9 il vient \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avoine sans gluten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pouvez manger du gluten, vous pouvez \u00e9videmment utiliser des flocons d'avoine normaux pour cette recette, cela fonctionnera tout aussi bien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser des flocons d'avoine car ils sont plus faciles \u00e0 m\u00e2cher et se tiennent mieux que les flocons d'avoine coup\u00e9s en morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noix hach\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser des amandes et des noix de p\u00e9can, mais vous pouvez utiliser tous les fruits \u00e0 coque que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. Je pense que les noix conviendraient bien, de m\u00eame que les noisettes, m\u00eame si vous ne devez en utiliser qu'une petite quantit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez \u00e9galement remplacer une partie des noix par des graines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise des p\u00e9pites de chocolat noir (mi-sucr\u00e9) car elles ne contiennent pas de lait, et mes gar\u00e7ons peuvent donc les manger. Vous pourriez utiliser des p\u00e9pites de chocolat au lait, mais elles rendraient les barres granola beaucoup plus sucr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ajoute toujours une pinc\u00e9e de sel \u00e0 mes plats sucr\u00e9s, car je trouve qu'il en fait ressortir la saveur. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter les flocons d'avoine, les noix, le sel et, enfin, les \u0153ufs. Selon l'app\u00e9tit de votre famille, vous pouvez faire des barres plus grandes ou plus petites. Je fais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 12 \u00e0 15 barres avec cette recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment conserver ces barres granola sans gluten ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez conserver ces barres dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant une semaine et elles resteront fermes. Sachez qu'elles contiennent des \u0153ufs et qu'elles peuvent donc s'ab\u00eemer plus rapidement si votre cuisine est chaude.
