J'ai un sac d'os dans le cong\u00e9lateur et j'en ajoute le contenu dans la marmite lorsque je fais du bouillon d'os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de conserver tous les morceaux de cartilage, car ils contiennent du collag\u00e8ne, ainsi que la peau qui n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mang\u00e9e. La peau de poulet contient \u00e9galement des nutriments essentiels qui sont tr\u00e8s bons pour vous dans le cadre d'une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, alors n'ayez pas peur de l'utiliser !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vinaigre ou vin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que l'ajout de vinaigre ou de vin \u00e0 votre bouillon aidera les os \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer leur collag\u00e8ne, ce qui est exactement ce que nous voulons !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aromatiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aromates que j'utilise toujours dans le bouillon d'os de poulet sont l'oignon, le laurier, l'ail, les grains de poivre et les clous de girofle. Je trouve qu'ils donnent une saveur \u00e9tonnante qui rehausse vraiment le bouillon d'os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9gumes et herbes facultatifs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'utilise parfois quelques l\u00e9gumes et herbes pour donner plus de saveur au bouillon d'os. Cependant, il ne faut pas en mettre trop, sinon je trouve que le bouillon d'os n'est pas assez concentr\u00e9 et je pense que certains de ses avantages pour la sant\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre amoindris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime utiliser la carotte, le poireau (vous pouvez utiliser les feuilles pour le bouillon d'os au lieu de les jeter) et le c\u00e9leri apporte \u00e9galement une grande saveur. Je pense que le navet conviendrait \u00e9galement et, en ce qui concerne les herbes, j'aime utiliser le persil, mais j'utiliserais \u00e9galement de la sauge ou de l'origan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'essentiel est d'utiliser ce que vous avez sous la main et d'utiliser des morceaux de l\u00e9gumes qui ne seraient normalement pas consomm\u00e9s, comme les feuilles de poireau, de c\u00e9leri ou m\u00eame les \u00e9pluchures de l\u00e9gumes si vos l\u00e9gumes sont biologiques et bien lav\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le bouillon d'os de poulet \u00e0 l'autocuiseur ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans l'autocuiseur et versez suffisamment d'eau pour qu'ils ne soient pas tout \u00e0 fait recouverts. Assurez-vous que la fonction de maintien au chaud est activ\u00e9e. J'ai l'habitude de r\u00e9gler mon autocuiseur pour qu'il cuise le bouillon d'os pendant la nuit, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'il cuise pendant 4 heures et soit maintenu au chaud jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je sois pr\u00eate \u00e0 le passer au tamis. Cela permet au bouillon de continuer \u00e0 cuire tr\u00e8s doucement, ce qui contribue encore une fois \u00e0 sa saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, si j'ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 mon bouillon plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e, je le fais cuire pendant 4 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, surtout s'il y en a une grande quantit\u00e9. Assurez-vous que votre casserole est suffisamment grande pour contenir tout le liquide. Voici une liste des diff\u00e9rentes options :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Four hollandais ou grande casserole<\/strong> - cuire sur la cuisini\u00e8re entre 4 et 12 heures. Certaines personnes laissent leur bouillon cuire pendant 24 heures, mais je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ne rien laisser cuire sur ma cuisini\u00e8re \u00e0 gaz pendant la nuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autocuiseur<\/strong> - Je sugg\u00e8re de faire cuire pendant 4 \u00e0 6 heures une fois qu'il a atteint la pression. Veillez \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature de la cuisini\u00e8re une fois la pression atteinte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mijoteuse<\/strong> - Lorsque je pr\u00e9pare du bouillon d'os dans la mijoteuse, je le laisse cuire pendant au moins 8 heures. J'ai toujours du bouillon d'os suppl\u00e9mentaire au cong\u00e9lateur \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment utiliser le bouillon d'os de poulet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bouillon d'os de poulet peut \u00eatre bu tel quel, ajout\u00e9 aux soupes et aux rago\u00fbts ou utilis\u00e9 pour cuire le riz et les p\u00e2tes. Quelle que soit l'utilisation que vous en ferez, il apportera une saveur suppl\u00e9mentaire et rendra vos aliments plus nutritifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous remarquerez que je n'ai pas inclus de sel dans les ingr\u00e9dients.
