Il n'y a pas de plus beau compliment, croyez-moi ! Ma belle-m\u00e8re (qui est fran\u00e7aise) est une cuisini\u00e8re fantastique et son g\u00e2teau aux pommes est d\u00e9licieux. Il est plein de pommes et la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau reste moelleuse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de rendre ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau sans gluten et sans produits laitiers afin que tous les membres de ma famille puissent l'appr\u00e9cier. Cette recette m'a vraiment s\u00e9duite - le g\u00e2teau a la m\u00eame incroyable saveur de pomme sucr\u00e9e et la m\u00eame texture moelleuse qu'un g\u00e2teau aux pommes fran\u00e7ais classique. De nombreuses recettes ajoutent \u00e9galement de l'extrait de vanille et parfois une goutte de rhum ou d'un autre alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le constater, la liste des ingr\u00e9dients n'est pas tr\u00e8s longue et la m\u00e9thode consiste simplement \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les pommes et \u00e0 m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients en une seule fois. Mais le r\u00e9sultat est un g\u00e2teau incroyablement savoureux qui fait mouche \u00e0 chaque fois. Il est parfait pour le go\u00fbter, accompagn\u00e9 d'une tasse de th\u00e9 ou de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis \u00e9loign\u00e9e du traditionnel g\u00e2teau aux pommes fran\u00e7ais en le rendant sans gluten et sans produits laitiers, mais aussi en utilisant une petite quantit\u00e9 de cannelle dans la garniture. En cette p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e, j'aime utiliser la cannelle autant que possible, pas vous ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e2teau aux pommes sans gluten \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est toujours p\u00e9rilleux de pr\u00e9parer des g\u00e2teaux sans gluten. Seront-ils d\u00e9tremp\u00e9s ? Sera-t-il trop friable ? Se d\u00e9sagr\u00e9gera-t-il au moment de servir ? Ce sont toujours mes pr\u00e9occupations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu de la quantit\u00e9 de pommes contenue dans ce g\u00e2teau, je craignais qu'il ne soit d\u00e9tremp\u00e9. Cependant, je pense que les proportions de farine de riz, de farine d'amande et de ma\u00efzena utilis\u00e9es dans cette recette permettent d'obtenir une texture parfaite. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des pommes qui ont un go\u00fbt assez prononc\u00e9 et qui s'assouplissent bien \u00e0 la cuisson. Ici, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re est la Rubinette, mais j'aime aussi utiliser la Canada. Au Royaume-Uni, les pommes Braeburn seraient un bon choix. J'ai ajout\u00e9 de la farine d'amande pour le go\u00fbt et aussi pour donner au g\u00e2teau une texture plus moelleuse. Je pense vraiment que l'ajout de la farine d'amande rehausse le g\u00e2teau et le rend encore plus sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poudre \u00e0 lever<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour toutes les p\u00e2tisseries sans gluten, il est important d'utiliser de la levure chimique sans gluten. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous en procurer, vous pouvez utiliser du bicarbonate de soude \u00e0 la place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quelle huile pour cette recette (m\u00eame si l'huile d'olive risque d'en alt\u00e9rer la saveur). Personnellement, j'aime utiliser de l'huile d'avocat, mais je pense que de l'huile de coco fondue conviendrait \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0152ufs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u0153ufs que nous obtenons ici en France ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre assez gros. Si les v\u00f4tres sont petits, vous devrez peut-\u00eatre utiliser 5 \u0153ufs \u00e0 la place. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des \u0153ufs biologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela peut vous sembler beaucoup de sucre, mais comme les pommes ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre assez acidul\u00e9es, nous avons besoin de sucre pour \u00e9quilibrer les saveurs. Vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerez peut-\u00eatre utiliser du sucre non raffin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vanille<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore la saveur qu'un peu de vanille apporte \u00e0 cette recette. Vous pouvez utiliser du sucre vanill\u00e9 si vous n'avez pas d'extrait de vanille. Essayez de trouver un ar\u00f4me naturel si vous le pouvez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ajoute toujours un peu de sel \u00e0 mes g\u00e2teaux et desserts, je trouve que cela aide vraiment \u00e0 faire ressortir toutes les saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la garniture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est ici que je m'\u00e9loigne de la recette fran\u00e7aise classique et que j'ajoute ma petite touche britannique de cassonade et de cannelle. J'adore le petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 croustillant que cela donne, et je pense toujours qu'il n'y a jamais assez de cannelle \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque de l'ann\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer un g\u00e2teau aux pommes sans gluten \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce g\u00e2teau est tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.
