Bien que nous ne puissions jamais obtenir exactement les m\u00eames r\u00e9sultats avec de la farine sans gluten, nous pouvons toujours trouver des alternatives qui sont d\u00e9licieuses et qui nous permettent de continuer \u00e0 manger ces aliments que nous aimons tant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore cette recette car la farine de sarrasin donne \u00e0 la p\u00e2te un d\u00e9licieux go\u00fbt de noisette et une texture friable et feuillet\u00e9e qui convient parfaitement \u00e0 un plat de p\u00e2tisserie sal\u00e9e. La garniture de cette Quiche Lorraine sans gluten est rendue sans gluten simplement en rempla\u00e7ant la farine de bl\u00e9 normale par de la ma\u00efzena (amidon de ma\u00efs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je la pr\u00e9pare pour mes enfants qui sont \u00e9galement allergiques au lait, j'utilise du beurre sans produits laitiers pour la cro\u00fbte, du lait d'amande pour la garniture et je laisse tomber le fromage. Si vous pr\u00e9parez une version sans produits laitiers, essayez d'obtenir un substitut de beurre ferme sans produits laitiers - la p\u00e2te se tiendra beaucoup mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lardons (Bacon)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser du bacon fum\u00e9 ou non fum\u00e9, selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le bacon non fum\u00e9, car je trouve que la saveur devient trop forte dans le cas contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0152ufs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime acheter des \u0153ufs de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 possible, biologiques si possible. La qualit\u00e9 de vos \u0153ufs influencera la saveur g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de votre quiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lait<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime ajouter un peu de lait au m\u00e9lange de garniture pour le rendre un peu plus l\u00e9ger. Si vous faites la version sans produits laitiers, remplacez le lait par du lait d'amande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ma\u00efzena (amidon de ma\u00efs)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela permet de rassembler la garniture et de la rendre plus soyeuse et d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muscade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est une \u00e9pice merveilleuse \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 tout plat \u00e0 base d'\u0153ufs. Elle apporte une saveur subtile et chaleureuse qui fera ressortir votre quiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fromage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne pr\u00e9parez pas la version sans produits laitiers, vous pouvez saupoudrer un peu de fromage sur le dessus. Ajouter les farines, le beurre et le sel dans un robot culinaire ou un batteur sur socle et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ressemble \u00e0 de la chapelure. Ajoutez lentement l'eau, en vous arr\u00eatant lorsque le m\u00e9lange forme des grumeaux. Le m\u00e9lange ne doit pas \u00eatre trop humide, il est donc important d'ajouter l'eau lentement. Il se peut que vous n'ayez pas besoin d'ajouter la totalit\u00e9 des 50 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former une boule avec la p\u00e2te, couvrir d'un film alimentaire et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 20-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graisser un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau ou \u00e0 tarte de 30 cm de profondeur et pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les 20-30 minutes \u00e9coul\u00e9es, fariner votre plan de travail avec de la farine de riz et y d\u00e9poser votre p\u00e2te. \u00c9talez-la jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle atteigne une \u00e9paisseur d'environ 0,5 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placez la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Votre p\u00e2te va se briser lorsque vous essayerez de la d\u00e9placer. Si cela se produit, j'aime d\u00e9placer de plus petits morceaux et les presser ensemble dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu'il n'y ait pas de trous ou de fissures, comme un puzzle de p\u00e2te ! Malheureusement, la p\u00e2te sans gluten ne tient pas bien ensemble, mais nous y arrivons !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recouvrez la p\u00e2te de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et versez des billes de cuisson sur le dessus (j'ai un pot de lentilles que j'utilise encore et encore pour cela, mais vous pouvez aussi acheter des billes de cuisson si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez). Faites frire les lardons jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient dor\u00e9s. Dans une tasse ou un petit bol, m\u00e9langez la ma\u00efzena avec un peu de lait. Dans un plus grand bol, fouetter les \u0153ufs, le reste du lait, le sel, le poivre et la noix de muscade. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de ma\u00efzena et de lait et fouetter jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien combin\u00e9. Ajouter le bacon au m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assembler la quiche et la faire cuire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir la p\u00e2te du four. Si cela se produit, j'aime d\u00e9placer de plus petits morceaux et les presser ensemble dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu'il n'y ait pas de trous ou de fissures, comme un puzzle de p\u00e2te ! Malheureusement, la p\u00e2te sans gluten ne tient pas bien ensemble, mais nous y arrivons !<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1029-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Recouvrez la p\u00e2te de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et versez des billes de cuisson sur le dessus (j'ai un pot de lentilles que j'utilise encore et encore pour cela, mais vous pouvez aussi acheter des billes de cuisson si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez). Faites frire les lardons jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient dor\u00e9s. Dans une tasse ou un petit bol, m\u00e9langez la ma\u00efzena avec un peu de lait. Dans un plus grand bol, fouetter les \u0153ufs, le reste du lait, le sel, le poivre et la noix de muscade. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de ma\u00efzena et de lait et fouetter jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien combin\u00e9.
