Cependant, je pense que le porc est peut-\u00eatre ma viande pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 servir avec des saveurs d'automne. N'ayez pas peur d'en mettre la totalit\u00e9, les oignons r\u00e9duiront consid\u00e9rablement et constitueront une base d\u00e9licieuse pour la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poivrons rouges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'adore la douceur que ces poivrons apportent au rago\u00fbt. Ne sautez pas la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape qui consiste \u00e0 les faire r\u00f4tir et \u00e0 les \u00e9plucher. Pour cette recette, vous pouvez les couper en petits morceaux pour qu'elles se m\u00e9langent bien \u00e0 la sauce, ou les laisser en gros morceaux afin d'appr\u00e9cier davantage leur saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courge oignon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est une courge tr\u00e8s populaire en France. Je la pr\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 beaucoup d'autres courges parce qu'elle n'est pas aussi sucr\u00e9e, qu'elle a une texture plus ferme, qu'elle a un go\u00fbt de noisette et qu'il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de l'\u00e9plucher ! Pour toutes ces raisons, elle convient parfaitement \u00e0 ce rago\u00fbt. En prime, l'utilisation de la courge \u00e0 l'oignon \u00e0 la place des pommes de terre rend ce plat compatible avec le syst\u00e8me GAPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne pouvez pas vous procurer de courges oignons, vous pouvez utiliser des pommes de terre ou des patates douces, ou ajouter des carottes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouillon d'os<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de toute soupe ou rago\u00fbt, et c'est en partie ce qui rend ce repas si bon pour vous. Si vous souhaitez une recette simple pour pr\u00e9parer votre propre bouillon d'os de poulet, j'en ai une. <a href=\"https:\/\/candleinthekitchen.com\/instant-pot-chicken-bone-broth-and-other-methods\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n'avez pas de bouillon d'os fait maison, vous pouvez utiliser quelques cubes de bouillon et de l'eau chaude, mais il est toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients et d'essayer d'obtenir le produit le plus naturel possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomates hach\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles ajoutent de la saveur et de la richesse \u00e0 la sauce. Veillez \u00e0 obtenir des tomates de bonne qualit\u00e9, avec le moins d'eau possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9pices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J'aime ajouter du paprika fum\u00e9 pour donner plus de profondeur \u00e0 la saveur, mais vous pouvez aussi utiliser du paprika normal. Le cumin ajoute \u00e9galement un int\u00e9r\u00eat suppl\u00e9mentaire au profil de saveur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut toujours commencer par moins de sel et en ajouter au fur et \u00e0 mesure pour ajuster l'assaisonnement. J'ai ajout\u00e9 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel parce qu'il y a beaucoup de liquide et que mon bouillon n'est pas sal\u00e9. Ils doivent \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement noircis lorsqu'ils sont cuits. Ajouter les oignons et les carottes et faire revenir jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient tendres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, remettre la viande dans la po\u00eale avec l'ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 et les \u00e9pices. Faire revenir pendant 1 minute. Ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients (tomates, bouillon, oignon, courge, poivrons \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en tranches, sel), en veillant \u00e0 ne pas ajouter trop de sel au d\u00e9part. Vous pouvez ajouter plus ou moins de bouillon selon que vous souhaitez que votre goulash soit plus une soupe ou un rago\u00fbt.
