This ground beef stroganoff recipe is a perfect weeknight meal. It comes together in around 30 minutes, is packed with protein and vitamins and, best of all, tastes delicious!
Add the mushrooms and garlic and continue frying on a medium heat for 5 mins.
Add stock/bouillon, bring to the boil and simmer until the meat is cooked through (10 mins - 20 mins). You can leave it to simmer for even longer, just make sure you check that there is enough liquid in the pan.
Add the spinach 5 minutes before serving.
Add cream and heat through.
Serve with rice or pasta for a filling, delicious evening meal.
