Ingredients needed to make Christmas Spiced Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (unsweetened mustard is best)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 180ml neutral flavoured oil (I prefer avocado oil)
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (or another festive mixed spice)
How to make Christmas Spiced Vinaigrette
Simply place all of the ingredients in a jar, screw on the lid (tightly!) and shake until the ingredients are completely mixed together.
This vinaigrette is best if you can put it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Shake well before use.
Make ahead options:
This salad dressing can be made up to 3 days in advance and kept in the fridge.
It is actually best when made slightly in advance and kept in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Be sure to shake well before use.

Whether you’re hosting or keeping things simple, this festive salad dressing brings effortless holiday flavour to any salad.
